When we walked in, there was no one to check us in. Over at the service counter, there were 4 people having a BS session and laughing. They ignored us for 10 minutes, until we finally interrupted them to get our 3-D glasses and get checked in. We could have gone to any theatre and seen any movie with no one stopping us. The lobby was filthy. We were informed thre had been a water main break days before and no soda was available. There was bottled water available for $4.00, which would cost .99 anywhere else. As we were were buying our popcorn, we noticed someone playing with the soda machine and running soda down the drain. When coming out of the threatre, we noticed all the hallways were littered with popcorn. If people have time to BS, they have time to sweep the floor. THE LOCAL CORNER THEATRE LOOKS BETTER AND BETTER. We know this wont go any further, but you should know.

We are a Regal Card holder and have been for many years. The younger children wanted to watch a movie So I took them Friday night with friends. Then on Saturday the very next day the Family went to see another movie. The same normally $1.00 bottle of water cost more than $4 on Friday but on Saturday it cost more than $5 for the same bottle of water! When I asked the manager two of them said "Well....there are a lot of new people we got a "deal" on Friday" What? It is nothing short of outrageous! Maybe even price gouging since it is not allowed to bring any refreshments from outside the theater. We wont be back for awhile.

My stepdad and I always come to the shoppingtown over everywhere else for a few reasons. I could go on about the reasons, but Id mainly like to put in a good word for the man named Richard that took our tickets before entering the theater. Richard had to be the most pleasant and polite person Ive ever met. People like him can really turn your whole day around! Great theater and staff from my visits, especially Richard.

When I think of shoppingtown theaters My granddaughter and I always are delighted by that wonderful ticket taker..Warm, friendly, kind and cheerful. He makes the experience super positive. I was glad to read someone else comment. She used the name Richard. It must be the same guy.. you are really lucky to have someone like him working there. He makes up for any other little challenges..Thanks for keeping him on!

Why thank only the people who give you five stars??Do you want people to tell you the truth... OR...comfort you with a lie? I notice all the owner "thank you" notes are IDENTICAL.Not very personal for people who took the time to respond. I like the theater but ONE PERSON TAKING TICKETS on opening night of a blockbuster?? And if I have to get a second mortgage just to buy popcorn, thats "zombie in the closet" scary !!

Some of the speakers in some of the auditoriums are defective, so instead of repairing them, they simply turn the sound down so low that you can hardly notice the sound distortion - but you also cant hear half of the dialogue. Avoid this theater like the plague - make the extra trip to Regal Destiny USA or wait for the same films to show up a few weeks later at the Hollywood in Mattydale for $2.

I prefer this theater group to Destiny, hands down. The seating is comfortable, and I find the personnel to be friendly and helpful. Regarding the negative comments by others about cleanliness, I have yet to see a mess as I enter the screening room, nor have I failed to see a cleanup person or crew as I leave.

Dislike how unkept the place is! The MANAGER ON SITE needs to do a better job supervising staff. CLEAN UP TRASH between shows, please. We pay a hefty price, lets step it up and not close another site..... Its gross and thats a SHAME.

Its always a fine experience to visit this theater. One of the ticket takers has been there for years and it is always a pleasure to see him. The prices are high for concessions, as they are at the majority of theaters.

Great place to see a movie! Lines are quick at ticket counter, food/drink tastes real good, prices arent to high, and the physical movie screen and sound is super good quality! I highly recommend this theater!

Not too bad but the theater I was in needed cleaning. The back of the seats were filthy and the floor couldve been swept as well. Bathrooms didnt meet expectations (needed cleaning).

Great popcorn, convenient location. The supervisors and the staff have always been professional, very friendly and accommodating. I have been going to this theater for years.

Good theatre. Not super crowded. Good customer service. They do need to clean better. Every time Im in there the theatre is still messy and gross from the previous showing.

I MUCH prefer seeing movies at Shoppingtown over Destiny. Its far easier to get in and out, its less crowded, and much closer to home. I dont like going to Destiny at all.

The theaters are clean and they tend to have more seating there since they are in a smaller mall that doesnt have much going on in there anymore.

This mall is sparse but at least the theater I was in had nice digital projectors and decent audio.
