This is a tiny but well kept park you would mostly ignore if you drive or walk along the area. But its an important one. The black guy whose death has helped ignited Black Lives Matter was felled right outside of this park. You see a lot of regular folks here, which contrast strongly from what you see in most parts of Staten Island.

I do not recommend this park. A lot of drunks and people on drugs hang out here. On the other hand when they have festivals there they Clean it up.. A lot of police presence which makes it safe and a lot of fun for the kids...

The fountain doesnt work, theres crack heads and human excrement all over. The parks deoartment throws the occasional event every summer to little fanfare. This park is the pinnacle of scum and villainy.

A lot of alcoholics and drug addicts along with drug dealers have taken over that "park". I would never and I mean never bring my son anywhere near there. Its nickname is needle park.
