I called at 9:00 about a lane and they promised that they would have a lane for me and my group of 4 at 9:30 when we came in. We walked in at 9:25, and then they made us wait 45 minutes before they got us a lane. Thats not the worst part though - the worst part is that there were literally 15 empty lanes by the table we waited at. We were in complete disbelief. I spoke with the man at the desk about it and he claimed that they were super behind and were working on a wait list, like a restaurant. However, they only called 2 names while we waited. We were literally begging to let us give them our money and they refused for 45 minutes for no reason. Awful experience - terrible service, plus gross and old facilities (every single stall in the mens bathroom was out of service and there was graffiti all over the walls). Dont come here.

This hall along with the AMF brand is one of the reasons people are not bowling anymore. I bowl in a mixed league here and my perception is: 1. overpriced ($11/pitcher of beer), 2. dirty, 3. outdated and worn equipment (usually one ball per night comes back with a chip or gouge out of it, 4. no waitress service. Recently found out Christmas party (bring your own food) would not be allowed. Since Bowlmor took over it appears they are more interested in getting every penny they can from the business with total disregard to the customer experience. I have also bowled at Gates and Dewey Gardens and find these halls to be of much better quality than Terrace. Management?

Service was horrible my family and friends came there we sat at the desk for 20 minutes. No one decided to come out until I started to grab my own shoes. My family decided to order food guy who was making food told us they are no longer making food as the supposed to be manager explained we had a hour left to order food. Customer service was extremely horrible I will never go back

Some newer upgrades but remaining equip is still dated. Lanes are not great...recent problems with approaches were terrible. No slide at all due to lack of proper a/c and temp control. Horrible for a league. No sense of management concern!!! 9/29/2015

Not a great class of people. Management lets people run all over and it interferes with your bowling. Had a group of 8 year old kids bowling and screaming next to us with no supervision. Told management and they said they werent responsible. Not going back.

The Lilac weekend. The 1st day of Bowling. We had fun tailgating with the bowlers and supporters from Syracuse, NY. Mike did his thing on the grill and the rest is history because of Angie. Lol. We do this ever year at the same place. Go #steeler.

Its a bowling alley. They usually are not the best at customer service so Im not expecting much. The food is fried food. I have been to worse. Not really sure what to say

56 lane Centre. Lots of room, excellent place to bowl. If theres any downfall, the washroom is a little small for the size of the alley.
