IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I BOWL ON A LEAGUE AND THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! THE LANES ARE HORRIBLY MAINTAINED AND THE STAFF ARE WORTHLESS. THEY MESS AROUND WITH THE STEREO WHEN YOURE GOING UP TO BOWL AND REFUSE TO LET YOU RETHROW THE BALL AND JUST LAUGH IN YOUR FACE!! NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED- WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE!!!

Lol..Im not a HUGE BOWLER, After reading some of these reviews.. people need to relax!ITS A a bowling alley! If you want amazing service and great atmosphere go to Vegas or maybe a nice vacation like Aruba or St Thomas. .. lol We areally talking about a bowling alley her people..( a cheap night out)..

RIP Dewey Gardens. Thanks to Bowlmor-AMF. Bowled there for over 30 years. While some of the staff do actually care, the food and drink prices are outrageous. The place is disgusting and that includes lanes, which are held together by duct tape and bubblegum. A sad state for a once great bowling alley.

The inside is as dumpy as could be. I do like the seating areas along the top ledge before you enter the area for bowling teams to sit. However, the bathrooms, lack of staff, and just general unclean atmosphere and caked on dust makes it more of an archeological dig site than a bowling alley.

Worst customer service ever. The shoes smell, almost as bad as the building it self. Took an hour to turn our lane on. There are ants all over the place. The food is disgusting and and the keypads barely work. Never go here probably the worst bowling alley in Rochester.

Was there recently after not going there the last 8 months. Theyve done some major renovations and staff is actually pretty good! Though theyre only open till 1am Fridays and Saturdays, its something for the kids to do at least and for the adults to enjoy!

$2 games after 8pm on Tuesdays. Would be helpful if they gave a few practice frames when paying for 3 game series. Front desk service is great. Bar service can be bit slow at times because they double duty in kitchen. Staff is pleasant and engaging.

Just dropped her son off for birthday party and there are 12 adults out front walking the doorway smoking. Management really needs to do something about this. It is a violation of New York State health code law

The bowling is okay, the staff is friendly but league bowling can be difficult because of how much oil they put on the lane and on top of that their pinsetters and ball returns break often!

The bowling machines ran pretty well. They let us finish our game after closing time.woman at desk was very knowledgeable.all 8 of us had a great time
