My son turned 4 this weekend. I was skeptical about hosting the party at this location only because I was biased from previous experience with the way the establishment was while I was a teen, however I thought since it was unded new management and my son insisted on a bowling party it would be better to host in the town we live in (instead of the chester bowling alley) I regret making this decision. Before I booked my party I had asked two questions.1.Did they have a table I could use , and if so can I bring my own cake. 2. was I able to custom decorate a table for my son according to the theme he wanted. I was told yes that I would.get at least 15 min to set up my area, I was told that I could request a corner lane in order to have a table by a wall. When I got there the day of my party, the place was crowded with people due to a function which the workers continued to repeat me "was not suppose to happen" I didnt care that there were many people but I was told due to the "funtion" that was not suppose to happen, I had to wait until 230( which is when guest were suppose to arrive) until I can set up. At 2:30 I would also have to wait for them to clean up my area. I explained to them that I needed a few minutes to decorate a table for the guest they said someone has the lane for another hour and we cant kick them out, and I stated that its poor time managment since they already knew a party was scheduled at 230, i was not apologized to or reassured that it would be handled properly instead I had to stand around while holding a birthday cake and decorations waiting to be guided when they felt it was time even though they had my deposit. As a mom who had invited classmates and had parents I had not met yet,it was embarassing to have to greet them at 230pm and have to decorate and set up at the same time. This place was not ideal for a party. Thr "host" that was suppose to be a help was not. She brought food out before bringing plates and utensils out, after I had asked her to get them several times. One pitcher of soda put out for the first hour even though ai have about 25 ppl there abd had asked for punch and water to be placed out. Also they should have the kids names and shoes sizes in before the date of party to be more organized. Btw when it was time to go to out lanes noone cleaned up or even swept. I had to clear area myself. I would never host another party here again and will be trying chester lanes for another time. Very unorganized, management was rude, and the rest was just messy . Thank God my guest were able to see beyond these issues and my 4 year old was able to not notice any chaos.

WARNING TO FULLY GROWN ADULTS: There are almost no bowling balls with large holes! Quinnz Pinz has a lot of character. Its arcade area is beautiful and fairly priced. They also have an all-purpose area that seems to hold fun activities very frequently. Sadly, Im sure you noticed this is a two star review. I was told when I arrived that there was a waiting list and that there were three people ahead of me. I decided to ask if our lane was ready 20 minutes later and they said it would still be an hour until we got a lane! That would have been nice to know when I went on the waiting list! Believe it or not, I did decide to wait in the arcade area with my party. When we finally got our lane, I tried my best to find a ball that would fit my hands that wasnt 15 or 16 pounds (everywhere I go even has 11 pound balls that fit my hands). They dont have racks of balls like everywhere else Ive been; I had to ask other bowlers to go through their balls and find one that would fit me. For how great this place is, they forgot one part of the business: the bowling.

It has pontential.. my friends and I just came back from KOA campground snoozed our butt off so we came here hungry at 7 pm .. prices are great considering we come from Manhattan but there kitchen was closed which really bummed us out.. reason due to the closing because they havent been busy.. which to me sounded like Im to lazy to keep the kitchen open and there only 2 hrs more left... but other than that it was fun

Fun place. Call ahead because they have a lot going on. And if you have to wait for a lane they have a cool little arcade area. Also the food here is good. Extra crispy BBQ wings and their pizza are good. The sports bar in there is sweet too. Its called Brendyns.

Just held our holiday bowling party here and it was fantastic! Great fun in very clean and updated facility. Waitress was very attentive and was reasonably priced for this type of event. Food also was great, definitely will do again next year.

Love the renovations! Havent been here in a while. Cleaner and cozier than before. Scoring systems are updated. Food is still pub food, but the basket of fries we got were hot and plenty- a good value.

Incredibly slow bar service. Owner was there and if course both bartenders took care of him and his friends 1st. Waited 15 minutes to finally get my drinks. The lanes were decent.
