I hosted my sons 8th birthday a Stelton Lanes and it was the worse decision I could have made. I walk in to find a table in a corner and that was were my son was celebrating his party. I was informed that party rooms are for parties of 20 children or more. I had 15 children with accompanying parents, needless to say we were tight. I then asked if they had at least a balloon to make it a bit more festive and the response was no. At no time was it disclosed that I was not getting a party room. Here my sons pictures are agains a sad white corner wall. I proceeded to ask for additional chairs and a table to try to accommodate my guest. Mind you my husband and I set up table and chairs. My party host was MIA and the title was a complete joke. I then proceeded to request food that came out almost 2 hrs later. Again party host was MIA, I did all the serving of food and drinks to the children, followed by cleaning up our already tight area. When I go to pay for my party gratuity was already included, seriously! I asked for them to remove it because I was not tipping them for all the work I did at my sons party. DO NOT BOOK PARTIES HERE!!!

Recently had my daughters 7th birthday here ... we loved it! The party room was clean and very festively set-up, the staff was great - very friendly and accommodating. We got our food here as well - we didnt need to bring anything but ourselves. Both the kids and adults had a great time. The staff let us know when the food was ready and brought to the room - so we didnt have to wait, and our food was freshly made. We had last minute adults that showed up, and the staff was very understanding and gave us an extra lane, no hassle. The lanes were nice (oiled and well maintained) and they even had the automatic bumpers set-up for the kids. I gave our names in advance and who wanted to be grouped together - and it was pre-set-up for us. LOVED IT! Will definitely have more parties here. Thank you Stelton Lanes for a great time!

Customer service was very direct, no kind greetings or extra information.... more of like "what do you want? OK heres how much it costs". Prices were insane! Sunday early afternoon, the place is empty and it cost 28 bucks for 2 games with only 2 people! I almost had to ask if they do payment plans since Im not used to spending my yearly salary on 2 games of bowling. For 28 dollars this place is also extremely run down. Ball returns are super old and most are held together with duct tape. Tvs and keyboards are in ok condition. Lanes themselves seem hit or miss, ours was broken for the first 5 minutes until maintenance come over and fixed it. The actual games went well, no issues after we started playing. For almost 30 bucks though, I expect much nicer venue. Will probably not be returning unless some kind of good special.

Great place for a team building outing! Joe, Dawn, Celeste and the entire front desk/kitchen crew went above and beyond to ensure our team was well taken cared of. Days leading up to the event I was able to get all of my questions answered no matter when I called. Dawn was very helpful with our food selections and suggested the most popular menu items that was sure to make everyone happy. Our outing went off without a hitch and the team thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Looking for something to do with the team or just a fun night with friends and family? This is it!

I went there on june 26 2011. The deal (9-12 for $10) was the only good thing about this place. First, they were out of bowling shoes. Enough said, but Ill go on. Second, if you have big fingers, bring your own ball: there is one bowling ball you can use. Third, the beer is overpriced. And if that wasnt enough, the beer was also flat. I am somewhat new to new jersey and have only been to 2 bowling alleys here, the other is The Brunswick Zone. I would definitely recommend the Zone over stelton. Much more professional, much nicer service. Should be called Stelton Lames.

Visited in January, 2012 and wont be going back. The only good thing is that they have a lot of lanes. Now the bad: + Staffing was inadequate and the only staff member we saw (the cashier) was usually too busy talking to his friends to deal with customers. + Bowling ball selection is very poor. Unless you bring your own, dont expect to find a decent ball (even for a bowling alley!) + Lanes dont get cleaned-up, so you probably have to pick up whatever was left there by the people before you. Even their bowling balls. + The consoles are in need of repair.

I came in for a night out with my husband and had a blast!! The bowling alley was so clean and well put together. The manager was amazing!!!He made sure we were having fun and we had everything we needed. After bowling we sat at the bar for another 2 hours having drinks and laughs because the bartender was amazing!! I cant wait for our next date night at the alley! Great job guys!!

The customer service at the front desk was poor. But isnt that to be expected at all bowling alleys? There was no music playing the entire time my friends and I were bowling. If the air conditioning was turned on, Im a monkeys uncle. By the second game we were too hot to enjoy another game. The only reason I would come back here is because it is close to where I live.

Such an bad experience faced, the staff memebers are so rude to customers. No customer service and statisfaction eventhough you are regularly going or occasionally, the manager has lot of attitude, they dont receive calls for the reservation and they dont do reservations on phone as they have their own law. Its better to go somewhere else rather than in this lanes.

Was here one evening for a work event. It was average - not fantastic, but nothing really that wrong either. Food was typical for a bowling alley. Shoes were either a half size too big or a half size too small, and that was odd since I wear a womens size 8. I did enjoy the fun graphics on the electronic scoring board. :)

This is a degenerate establishment with everything inside falling apart and is very unclean. It will be our first and last visit. They also have very strict caveats for accepting their own Groupon / Living Social deals and coupons when it comes to their redemption. The food is also the worst.

The lanes itself were ok to play on. The customer service was sub-par, the atmosphere was just ok, and there were few bowling balls to choose from. Dropped by because we were in the area and a few of us wanted to go bowling. I will probably not be visiting again in the future.
