Very poor conditions. Weeds are pervasive throughout the rough and even on fairways. Grass cuttings are not picked up or blown aside. Some holes fairways are barren of grass because trees have not been trimmed allowing sunlight to pass through. Geese droppings throughout the course. Trees are not trimmed at bases. Greens are particularly slow, not cut often enough. Spots on course collect water from sprinklers. Traps are not tend. They are hard and rocky. Rough around certain holes not cut. Some fairways have minimal grass. It seems even though the MCIA has spent money on the course (new carts are good) there is very little to show for it, where it matters, on the course.

Great lay out. Course could use some tlc but consistent green speeds and fairways. Some trees could use trimming but not many. Difficult putting on greens depending upon pin placements. Difficult back nine makes for a good challenge. No driving range makes for difficulty warming up.

Golf course was in good condition. It has some challenging holes. Geese a problem and sand traps were not raked
