They are a good place staffed by dumb people. Three times in the last year Ive had problems with them. Once I was here playing pool, kids birthday parties going on and a tournament was about to start. The woman working here was yelling at people over the intercom to get to their lanes so she could see what was happening. Then when people didnt hear her, she cut the music and proceeded to curse over the intercom at the people who didnt hear her. While childrens parties were going on mind you. Her apology: "sorry but you guys are really pissing me off" not an acceptable excuse at all. Another time I was there I was playing in the arcade and two kids (one maybe 12 the other probably 9) start throwing fruit snacks at me and then running away. I ignored them then heard them hiding around the corner talking about me being rude. I go up to talk to them and they run away into the bathroom. I go to follow and an employee asks me if theyre throwing stuff "again". They were an employees kids. In my opinion you should not bring your children to your work unless they are going to be behaved, which if theyve done it before obviously they wont be behaved unsupervised for your whole shift. Today I went in there to use a gift certificate for a 6 person party. I get up to the counter and they say "sorry no lanes till 4" it was busy so I understood. What I didnt understand was the 5 person family behind us go up and buy 3 games and he gives them a lane right away and sends them off. Like I said, good places staffed by dumb people. If youre going just to kill time or to have a good day out I dont recommend going at a busy time like the weekends. The staff doesnt seem to be able to handle stress well.

I must be honest and say that it is by far the best bowling alley in South Jersey, however, because of this, it is often difficult to get a lane. On three separate occasions, I had to wait longer than an hour for a lane to open. During these times, there were birthday partys in the alley, so it was understandable. However, what I didnt quite understand was why there were plenty of open lanes (they have 40 total!). The last time I attempted to get a lane by arriving early, however, they informed me that there were no available lanes until 9:30 pm, which was well over a 4 hour wait! And once again, there were plenty of open lanes. I have no idea if this is the fault of the staff or the bowlers, but I just find it extremely inconsiderate. With that being said, it is a very fun and clean alley, however, when I arrive 4 different times and am not able to bowl, I would rather spend my night at one of the smaller and less exciting alleys where at least I am able to play! Honestly, it really just isnt worth it.

Good prices. Decent lanes. HOWEVER, the bowling balls are horrendous. They had either massive finger holes, or miniature ones. All of the balls under 12 pounds had finger holes too small Id imagine for most children. The couches were alright I suppose, the table looked flimsy and was held together with duck tape. I could hear the ball rolling down the lane as if a piece of tape were hanging off, and couldnt figure out what was causing the noise. The shoes dug in to the front of my ankles, despite my socks. I would NOT return.

Theres not much bowling allies here in South NJ so it is nice to have one. Im not a huge fan of bowling, but my friends are. Its nice enjoying a couple games with them but it usually takes a while to get a Lane because their are so many discounts and events here that prevent us from getting a Lane immediately. Its constantly waiting for a Lane and it is a hassle. The food here isnt that great, its below average. The pool tables are alright, but they can at least improve their sticks with better chalk, oh my lord.

King Pins has been totally reinvented- The inside is remolded with several projection screens and a nice pool hall area and a great room for kids b-day parties. One must check it out. Still reasonable, comparable prices to other alleys. The atmosphere on a recent friday night visit included lots of families and yes teenagers, but not the typical groups I recall seeing in the past. Looking forward to my sons b-day party later this month.

Great place to bowl, but just bowling. Nice lanes, most if the time quick to get a lane and good prices not great but good. Their pool tables are the worst I have ever seen anywhere. They havent been taken care of for the past 10 years. I really wish they would fix these. Would make a lot more people go there. Only reason they are losing a star.

The food is decent, but the service is disgusting. Spent 35 minutes in line trying to add a game. Rep repeatedly took people she knew while telling me to wait. Literally spent more time in line than on the game I struggled to buy. Add sticky, food covered tables. Not impressed.

Every time I visit there, when I ask for lane from the clerk -way they talk it seems to me they are doing me favor. Most of the clerks are very rude. Have no respect for people. When they are busy, they will not even talk to you. I will not recommend anyone to visit there.

I was their regular customer since 2014. One thing, I noticed their customer service is getting worst day by day. They, dont maintain the line. Employees are rude. Lane is good. They are in the business bcz of their are no competitor of them.

Dont listen to the bad reviews. Place looks recently renovated. Has brand new systems. Clean and nice. Check their website for rates. Went on a Friday at 5ish and paved 1.50 per person. Nice bar and pool room too. Had a great time.

It was my first visit there, from the firdt staff is very nice. Lanes are excellent. Its been couple of months i started bowling and i got my highest scores on this lanes .. Preety good experience.. Even nice scoring software.

The Bowling Alley is huge, the wait time isnt usually long, its so clean inside and has a great atmosphere. They also have a big arcade and the food and service is great.

Its great. Better than EVER before. Clean, good food, and best of all is the "beat the clock" special on Fridays. Lanes score pretty well (for the most part.)

King Pin is a very nice bowling alley. They have 40 lanes, a room for parties, an arcade, and a bar. Great facility!
