Staff yelled at us when we told them that the ball return want returning our bowling balls, into our two hour game deal that they had someone came over and opened the ball return to find out that there was balls from the previous game still lodged in and told us to not throw them but it was the previous people before us. Then thirty minutes later we could start our gameand one of the balls got stuck again, then we went to the desk and said something then where told that we werent getting the 30 minutes back that we payed for and that they werent gonna offer us anything for the inconvenience. I will not throw money at this place anymore, its a sorry excuse for a bowling alley. Not to mention the staffing here are not understandable. I dont recommend this place unless you want to get ripped off.

This place has come a LONG way in the year and a half the new owners had it. Of course I liked and miss the previous owner too, but the new ownership has made some much needed changes here. The maintenance guys are real nice, down to earth and do a nice job. This is the best this place has ever looked in 20 years!!! They repainted the interior and added better lighting. The bathroom is immaculately clean. And though the wooden lanes still need upgrading, they replaced the pin decks with synthetic ones which, alone, works wonders for the score. The new bowling balls and pins score better than before, and mechanical breakdowns dont seem to happen nearly as much as before. Food was pretty good too.

This place Sucks! 3 hour wait with 6 people in the lobby while others wait to see if the 80 other familes on the list decide to ever come back. 3 pinball machines, 1 works. 2 air hockey tables, 1 works. Young chick at the counter is beyond clueless. I realize she was overwhelmed but really? And the place smells like a$$! Great Location though.

It was HOT Apparently the Air conditioning was in need of repair, so my children and I literally melted, despite the faint circulation of the ceiling fans. Nonetheless, we did make the best of it, as they offer a great deal for groups such as mine, that included shoes, 2 hours of bowling, pizza and a pitcher of soda

My husband and I recently went on a tuesday night for his little sisters birthday. We had a good time but I wouldnt say its a family atmosphere, there was teenagers humping each other, cussing like truckers and singing along to Big Sean I dont f*** with you. Please clean up some of the vulgar!

I called ahead to ask if they had wheelchair bowling ball ramps, I was told they did. When we arrived (on a very rainy day), we learned the bowling alley is upstairs with no elevator, it would have been nice of we were informed that when I had called inquiring about the ball ramp.

I just attended a family event for Dr Vecere here and I must say was I impressed. I bowled here 30 years ago and never imagined the place could look this good. Place was clean, staff unbelievable and the food was great. Will definitely be back.

They were out of the food we wanted. I used the bathroom and they were out of soap, paper and paper towels it was a mess they only had two people working. It was also very hot. We will not be returning to this bowling alley.

The lanes were so terrible and the place was dirty not a place to bring young kids and In my experience it was just bad and there was no oil pattern they were chipped not updated and was just disappointing

Worse bowling ally ever. Lanes felt like a gym floor. Dont think they have ever heard of oil at this place. If had to bowl another game here I would chop my leg off.
