This club is a the most underrated and understated gem in the area. The staff is especially considerate, the Pro Shop very well stocked, course operations efficient, practice facilities really good, and the courses challenging and generally well kept. The public side (East) can be crowded like any other, but the private (West) where I am often a guest is sublime. Yes conditions vary from time to time (like any other place) but overall the experience is spectacular. Cant say enough about the place (shout out to Karen in the Pro Shop) and hope it doesnt become more popular than it already is.

Karen in the Pro Shop is curteous and freindly and polite. She is a shining example of the staff at Royce Brook. I play there often and have the players card which provide great savings if you play more than 3 or 4 times. Great layout, true fast greens and some challenging holes and some birdie opportunites. Tall fescue increases the challenge. Only complaint is the lack of sand in the traps on some holes and poor drainage in some traps, but hey.....keep the pill out of the beach! After the round, try the food. Superb. I bring my wife and kids there just for lunch. Exceptional.

very nice course. the service is excellent and the course plays well. sometimes the greens dont roll true, but for the most part its right on.

Golf course is ok and well maintained. But the course overbooked on weekends so prepare for a very long round of golf.
