This is not an over review of the facility, but of the Kids Birthday Parties. 2 years ago we decided to go there for our daughter since Chuck-E-Cheese became a mess. Haley was the hostess and things went beautifully. We booked again this year 2016. Had 10-12 kids. First issue, they told us Haley no longer worked there, which we ran into Haley working the counter that day. We had originally requested her again, she did an OUTSTANDING JOB year before. This new girl DID NOT DO HER JOB! I am writing this on behalf of my wife, under her account. Its $100 for every 10 kids, when I pay that amount of money, I dont expect my wife to host the party and run the show. After getting the kids set up to bowl, EVERY TIME we need this girl we had to go find her! Haley kept every thing on time last year, set the kids up, gave us notice when the food for the kids was coming, so the kids could stop bowling, then had them bowl again while we set up cake and presents, which she presented over and served and had it all wrapped up and cleaned up in time. My wife had to find the girl for refills for the kids, she was over at the counter talking to others. My wife had to check on the pizza, the girl was over socializing. My wife helped served the food. Then hunted her down again to get cake set up. We paid $100, but cut and served the cake. This time she was somewhere farther down talking to a boy. Me and my wife handled handing out the presents and gift bags and the clean up of our daughters presents. Then the girl expected help cleaning the table. For $100, my wife ran the entire show, they provided soft drinks, initial set up and two pizzas, the rest was done by my wife. The kids loved it, but as a parent you get very little for all the money you pay!!! Either Haley set a very high standard (which I doubt because other places we have went to for kids parties did what Haley did, but again she did awesome and took care of everything!) or this girl just didnt care. Yes we did call the following week and we were told that it is their policy not to refund money. We didnt ask for it all back, but my wife worked the entire time we rented those two lanes and that area. We were offered free bowling passes, because again, their policy is they dont refund money. Well we dont return our business to places who operate under that policy. We have discouraged others from having kids parties at that location. I caution other parents, unless you get Haley, specifically, you or your wife may be paying good money to run and work your childs birthday party, when in fact you are paying for them to run the party and they dont. Some people, say not a big deal, but we paid good money so myself and my wife could enjoy the party as the guest enjoyed themselves versus working it and making sure everything went as it should have gone.

Recently had one of the rudest customer service experiences ever. Showed up at 3:45 with wife and kids, and brother and wife in from out of town. We decided wed go bowling, so we walk in and are told sorry we dont open until 4:00 I look around to see the bar is full, pool table and game room are being used, the only people on the lanes at all, were on a single lane and appeared to be two young male employees. So I asked "Well can we just get our shoes now and wait a few minutes?" the girl at the counter says "ya I guess, but you only have an hour then league will start, so what do you want to do?" I said " no problem well probablly only bowl one game anyhow." So we bowl at a fairly brisk pace and we are on the begining of the 9th frame not a soul has arrived yet for the league that was going to start, we still have 10 minutes to go and our pin machiene acts up. I go to talk to a different girl at the counter she said someone probablly stopped it. I go collect everyone to let them know I guess were done. I return to the counter and the original girl is there, I explained to her what had happened and she says sorry I guess I could have just cleared it for you so you could have finished. Of course we are all changed out of our shoes now and supposedly out of time even though no one else was there. Just odd and very rude behavior. All we wanted to do was spend money at this place, and they basically acted like we were some major inconvenience.

I usually come here to play pool with some friends. The fact that there is still smoking here is really quite sad. I hate leaving smelling like smoke. Im sure quite a few of their patrons appreciate being able to smoke but Im not one of them. The bowling here seems to be more expensive than some other bowling alleys in the area as well. The staff is always attentive when youre lane has an issue and the bathroom was surprisingly clean!

Not a great place to take kids. I only give it 2stars because the pizza was really good. But the cook was smoking a cigarette in side the bowling alley while waiting on pizza. The lanes were horrible. Pins wouldnt pick up correctly. At times had to manually enter score. If has a bar type atmosphere. Looki g for a place to go out with children, then this is not the place for you.

The place is obviously old. It shows its wear and tear as early as the parking lot. Instantly through the door is a stench of cigarette smoke. The lanes themselves are ok, but the ball return machine doesnt work consistently. The used balls are terrible....I wont go back

If you dont smoke, go between noon and 5 lest you get a two pack a day habit second hand. Balls were in poor condition. Many there were allowing their children to run free and were VERY distracting while trying to bowl and enjoy our family time.

To all the bad reviews you can kiss my ass this place is amazing Ive been going since I was little to bowl there with my friends and family and who cares about the smell it just means the place has been the number one spot to go to

Employees are rude and find it hard to see that people walk in with students with special needs. Not acomidating with service. Place may bbe nice and clean, yet where is the customer service??

This place has been around since 1965 and it needs some major renovation. The parking lot and building are in pretty bad shape. We wont even discuss the smell on,the inside.,

Not a bad bowling alley. Little rough around the edges. They do permit smoking. Good drink prices. Wings were actually great. On Groupon a lot.

This is a very good bowling alley..only reason im not giving 5 stars is because theres some lane troubles sometimes
