Do not buy anything from the Pro Shop better yet dont bowl there. If your equipment gets damaged due to their lanes they WILL NOT take blame for it no matter how new the ball is. It is always normal wear and tear. No it is not when my ball comes out of the ball return with a chunk the size of a quarter out of a ball I have been using for less than 6 months, something is wrong with your equipment. Then you wont even replace it? Screw off!
