Had a horrible experience, Today as one of the ladies was complaining that my daughter rubbing her cup across the table was bothering her,, we are 20 + feet away and there were 15 lanes being bowled on Right in front of her, what upset me is that my daughter is a Minor, so she should have come to me, not approached my daughter, I explained to her that she should not be working in a bowling alley if that is her biggest issue, and that that is bothering her but the 5x louder sounds of bowling does not. Then i requested to Speak to the Owner, She claimed that she was and i knew she wasnt , but listened to her anyhow, Then I conferred with another employee , that she indeed was not . If this is the Practice Their employees are going to have,they need some Compentant Employees , not some grouchy lady whos mad she has to work on Sat. The owner Needs to Step up and be aware, I will be calling and requesting to Speak to HIM on Monday.

Its fine but alot of their balls are very heavy, I suggest a better variety of balls. Nevertheless, the service is great and the people are nice .
