The "acting manager" Jason, made a broad statement that my "squeaking" of my right shoe during my set up was a disturbance to the masses, and dont come back(Brunswick USBC shoes, SRS) The owner, Alan, actually went as far as stating he would buy me new shoes!!!!! until he found out comparable shoes with a less gummy sole were 175$!!! He then solicited the shop pro, to "work with me" on changing MY setup...... Absolutely absurd, the owner cow towed to a small minority(6) and THEN expected me to cow tow to a small minority(HIS establishment) , actually asking ME to change the way I get my mental game in order to place a shot. This all happened the night I bowled a 290!!! Totally rude counter staff(Jason) and owner of this family business manages by the whims of a select few league bowlers who complain their way into whatever they want from the owner. What about the noise, smoking(smoke eaters dont work), the porno playing cards out when kids are around, the leaguers blocking any route to the lounge and giving rude stares at "how dare you ask me to pass" attitudes. Goto Taylor Lanes or Thunderbowl, both very nice, and plenty of lanes to choose from. My first impression of this center was favorable, it soured quickly. Myself, and my kids, wife,her kids, will not go back.

Lets face it, the days of local bowling centers is becoming a thing of the past. Most alleys are out of date, poorly maintained and understaffed. That or they are new, expensive and the lane conditions are sporadic. This center is easily my favorite place downriver. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. Their bowling club is the best deal in the greater Michigan area! Ive bowled 600 games, and my cost was 360 dollars! Add to that the pro shop is in house, and again, filled with knowledgeable staff. I started bowling more seriously only a year ago, and this staff has propelled my game so far, so quickly! If youre looking to start bowling more often, looking to take your game to the next level, or just interested in bowling with your friends, this is the spot to check first.

Honestly i wish i could vote no stars on this place. I have never in my life felt so unwelcome at a bowling alley. If the owner or manager reads this PLEASE make the old broad retire. Its in your best interest. She has absolutely no customer service skills left in her. She was very rude from the time we got there till we were practically pushed out the door an hour before they close. She was the worst but the rest of the employees werent any better. The bartender obviously had somewhere to go because everytime we ordered something she was trying to close out the tab. And we had to find our balls we brought with us because the lane guy decided to put them in the rack in an attempt to make us hurry up. If you want a night of fun with your friends this is the wrong place to go.

Yeah Joe. This place was horrible. That old lady belongs in a nursing home. I think she had a soggy wet diaper on and she didnt have anymore depends, perhaps that and why we were pushed out the door. The chick behind the counter needs to learn how to make a mixed drink as well. I think I had like a drop of Captain Morgans on my straw so if u smelled the drink it would seem as if it had alcohol in it, however you could barely taste it. There is no wonder that joint is probably a month from foreclosure. And homeboy that was on the lanes was stealing my ball I brought with me. He needs to retire with the old broad behind the counter and go to Florida with the rest of the old folks and drain on social security.

I bowl on a league at this establishment. It is one of the worst kept places in the area. Been trying to get the girls I bowl with to move to another house. This one is conventant for them. UGH!!! The bathrooms are a mess. The old lady behind the counter is one of the rudest people I have ever met. If your want change you wait forever especially if there is a mens league that wants something, they wait on them while you stand there and wait and wait. Also if I were a dishonest person I could have made money a few times. Took a twenty dollar bill for change got a fifty dollar bill plus ones, fives, etc. This has happened more than once. That old lady needs to go... Go anywhere else but here.

Had my sons 4th birthday party there today. They took excellent care of us! We had a ton of people show up and they had a side room ready for us to use as we saw fit. It was great to bowl for an hour then have cake and open his presents in the side room. We went a little over the hour allowed for bowling and they were able to let us finish our game. They also gave my son a special bowling pin that his friends could sign and we can hang on his wall. The price was totally reasonable for what we received and they were very accommodating! Thanks for a great time!

My new league house. The thing that sticks out the most for me is how clean this place is compared to other lanes. I even went on a day time to see the owner do most of the cleaning himself. Lanes equipment and everything else is well kept. Compared to some of the other house I have been too this is my top. As far as the cranky old lady I dont know if she works there anymore. The new guy Nick is pretty cool. And the rest of the staff bar and kitchen rocks! Pro shop is good and prices are good Just get us a waitress on our Sunday night!

the woman behind the counter is rude and expects you know everything while the other workers give you attitudes whenever you ask them something. we got kicked out of a league there because they said we were drinking underage. we asked to see the video and all they could say is that they were calling the cops. everyone there is immature and bratty. it is a waste of money. lanes are in terrible shape and over-oiled and the place is dirty/a total mess. not worth your time/money

The old women behind the counter is the most unfriendly , unpolite, crabbiest person Ive ever encountered. It made me take my ball bag and go elsewhere. How bout hiring someone with people and customer service skills. I bowl on leagues and tell everyone about your horrible employee and you can bet none of us will be coming to that house for not even a practice game. Im sure this place will be the next to close. Send grandma to Florida please..

I like playing pool at Indian Lanes. However, several times Ive tried to bowl here, they said wed have to come back later because there werent enough people to keep the bowling alley open that day. Maybe if you went in a larger group, this wouldnt happen, but Id recommend going somewhere else where it would smell less smoky.

Worst ever bowling alley in the world. Open bowling didnt start till 10 and the bar closed at 11 but they didnt tell us last call Ive spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment but zero after today. They can blame an employee by the name of Brandon. Me and my family will never be back!!!
