This place looks awesome from the outside and everything is newly remodeled inside... DO NOT BE FOOLED. Immediately upon entering the building I couldnt help but notice the overwhelming stench of stale farts emitting from everywhere. The staff was very rude, particularly the woman with the extremely distastefully dyed red hair. We called ahead to inquire about the cosmic bowling schedule, which we were told started at 11pm, only to come all the way there to be "corrected" that it starts at 11:30pm. We were told that whomever we spoke with gave us incorrect information and then they proceeding to cancel cosmic bowling altogether, KNOWING we were there for a childs birthday party. Based on the red haired ladys decision, due to "the lack of customers", they cancelled it, and this is on a Saturday night mind you, but she did it seemingly just to be rude to us. There was no manager around so we assume she took advantage of the fact and decided to"play manager" herself...and this was for a childs birthday party! Disgusting. She complained about the form of payment we requested to pay with, we needed to split the bill so we asked if we could pay with both cash and credit card. Im sorry but what kind of business complains about how you prefer to pay them? Ridiculous. I made my way up to the food grill to inquire about pitchers of soda and water only to find out that their special price for a pitcher of WATER is $6!! I was then suddenly and rudely interrupted by the shrill, ear-splitting sound of a heavy-set, heavily intoxicated man sweating over the karaoke microphone, which was a disgusting sight in itself, and I was shocked to hear the profanity the establishment allowed him to use while in the presence of young children. Never again will I spend my hard earned money and time at "Fart Lanes"

The employees are very rude here..All three workers who were on duty on August 18-2017 were rude... Our family came to have a good time for the kids and was treated very rude as soon as we got to the counter the lady had an attitude with us right away. will not be returning to this particular bowling alley.. when asked a question they kinda just ignored it and had to ask another time and another time we had so many issue with ford lanes bowling it was ridiculous.. the ball was stuck on the side guard they didnt come help us and they canceled our game saying it was over the time we had 2 games and just finished the 1 game. Told the counter guy and he did put the game on but then the pins were still closed waited again and no help .. (If I could give it 0 stars as a rating i would.!)We didnt even get to finish our bowling game it was a horrible experience for kids to bowl for their first time...

The only good thing was the bar service here. The management you had running your establishment this past Friday night was extremely horrible. I used to bowl on league here a few years back and I had a great time , now Im not sure what happened or what changed. We came in for a small gathering and I almost wish we went elsewhere but we made the best of it. A waitress never came to greet us so we constantly had to go to the food counter to get help and I noticed the waitress in the lane next to us and she never approached us. A gentlemen whos a regular at your establishment informed us that he saw what was going on and he would contact the owner about the problems we encountered. If it wasnt for him and the bar staff Id give a much lesser rating!!

I would first like to say that I have been coming to this place since age 5... Today was my 30th birthday and I have never been treated so rudely EVER! From the minute I walked in the redhead at the counter had an attitude. I didnt know that there was league bowling going on so asked about cosmic and she told me I should have read the fine print... Then, demanded we rent shoes (we were going to anyway we were getting everyone settled) then at the end of the night DEMANDED that I needed to get my boot because she wanted to go home! There were still people bowling on other lanes... We bought both food and drinks and payed for 2 lanes and 8 pairs of shoes... Bullshit! Im disappointed to say the least.

I gave 1 star because 0 is not a option...My group had a free bowling pass for 1hr of bowling and pizza. Someone called ahead to reserve Lanes and was told there were no leagues on Sunday and it wouldnt be a problem. Upon arrival we were told that the employee whom we spoke to was wrong about Sunday leagues and no lanes were available. Despite a miscommunication the manager (one of the rudest managers Ive ever seen) refused to give a rain check on the soon to expire free pass. So my group of 9 left immediately. This was my first and LAST time going to this bowling alley.

Absolutely ridiculous! Walked in on a Friday night 6:30. Two tables being used in the restaurant and maybe a dozen lanes being used. Took almost 15 minutes for waitress to come get our drink order. When she returned 6 or 7 minutes later she asked if we were ready to order. We said " can we look at menus". She said she didnt know where they were. Ultimately after nearly an hour our food arrived. When we were finished we waited another 20 minutes to get the check. Had to chase her down for that. The one star I gave was on accident. Will not eat there again.

We really like this bowling alley. Since this was mine and my husbands memorable meet night 46 years ago! He was a bartender there and I was on a womans league, 1970. We now bowl on a league together and we love all of the people who work there, the bar, the counter, and the kitchen part. The prices are higher than what we would like to spend, and we really wish they would have buckets of beers like the other bowling alleys. Thats the only thing that is keeping us thinking about another league there. Still shopping around.

The employees are very rude and very unprofessional. Especially the girl with the gross red hair. My family and I came out of our way to come to this place for a birthday and we will not be returning. They told us cosmic was a certain time then when we arrived for a birthday party they decided to cancel it. They then proceeded to give us a problem and attitude when we inquired about it. Also, the prices are outrageous and a pitcher of water is $6. (If I could give it 0 stars as a rating i would)

Had fun but the wait staff was very slow and rude. We sat at the bar for at least 5 minutes before even being greated which I would have understood if they were busy. But the staff at the bowling alley area were extremely rude. There was a woman with unnatural red hair that seemed to be the boss of that area that had an attitude from hell excuse my language, and did not seem too happy to be there at all. Very good time if you dont mind less than average customer service.
