The only thing I actually liked about Flat Rock Lanes is their prices. I didnt understand why they were so cheap, until I witnessed their awful hospitality. All of the employees here are very rude and disrespectful. The balls at Flat Rock Lanes are horrific and need to be replaced. There is also a waitress that works here and she watched my family intensely the entire time we were here. I am very disappointed that these type of people are running such a popular bowling alley. I would not recommend this alley and will not further be permitting my business here.

The only good thing here is the price to bowl. Even then its cash only. The machine that kept track of our score messed up 3 out of 5 bowlers so we had to constantly reset it. The person at the front wasnt even paying attention. Definitely not coming back here ever again. Ill pay the extra dollar for a good alley.

Im very sorry.we werent there long.I think we bowled two games.there was four of us and we split two pitchers. we were about to leave when I asked for one more glass.I shouldnt have said anything.I was just mad.come to find out,I was on telegraph but I was in Monroe.it wasnt flat rock lanes.again,Im very sorry.

Offended they discriminated me because I was using a 10lb ball told me only children and girls are aloud to use it. Well my right arm is disabled so if I want to bowl I have to use a light ball and now go left handed. Rude and the lady working behind the both need to be let go.

I really like this bowling alley. The prices are fantastic. This location could definitely use some updating. They do not have many balls to choose from. The lanes malfunction sometimes but they are usually easily fixed. The prices makeup for the downfall.

worst alley Ive ever been to down river. caters to the rich kids of flat rock, and the house balls are horrible. lane conditions were awful due to dirt building up on tile floor then getting all over the shoes. lady behind the counter was very rude as well.

I love this bowling alley. People are predictable and friendly. Beer flows fast and Friday nights are super cheap. Its old so dont expect much flash. Safe to take the kids or a good natured date.
