I have had my credit card information stolen from this premises by one of their employees earlier this year who tried to buy Playstation games with my card information. Luckily fraud alert set in and Igot my money back although bowlero tried to deny and continues to deny their involvement, dont knock the place for a few bad employees but they wont look into who is stealing credit information which is a felony. Maybe that why the lolice are always there. After my recent visit last night, my roommates cousin sold a fidget spinner of quality craftsmanship to the son of the owner or Manger in charger they came at me very rude and threatening, and tried to say I "took advantage of his child" ambiguous wording sir i didnt try to touch your son he is a thief and you are enabling bad behavior in a young child... Ok brass tax, sketchy overall development horrible staff and management who threaten returning customers who spend good money trying to have a good time but I get threatened by the staff because of his child poor decision making and unaccountability on their part... I will continue to go to this establishment but will make very public my disapproval for who they are and how they stand by Their business other than the bar... I should give 2 stars because the bar is nice and the staff in the bar is friendly. The bowling alley staff and management; lying thieving no for goods, one and all

Had a decent experiance enjoyed bowling, video games, the chicken wings are very good tasting even better then some restaurants, but way to small for the price! Their selection of Alcohol from the bar was not that good and they had no lemons for my tequila but hopefully once the bar gets done being remodeled it will be better hoping! I also thought the Burger price was ridiculous, then had to also pay for the cheese, granted you got fries and a pop but nothing spectacular about the plain jane burger! Besides that all the people their was polite, respectful and the cook funny, the guy that had to fix the games a couple times he was cool and joked which was cool and even the people coming in there to bowl, play the arcade games and just have a good time was pilot and fun as well! This time my husband and I went to check it out before taking our kids there and wasting the money and yes I would take my whole family there so I give it 4 stars until all the remodeling is done and all the games are working properly, and fix food prices for the little you get then hope I can give it a 5 !!!!!

My niece had a birthday party at this establishment on Sat, 2.22.2014 at 5pm. The service in the bar area was terrible. The bartender made us Amaretto Sours that were not good, she put powdered sugar in them and when I tasted it I did not like it. She would not re-make the drinks or provide a refund. Very poor customer service. That experience was the worst that I have ever had at a bowling establishment. Very unbecoming of a business and I will not return there again.

The bowling lanes are actually extremely nice. If they had better prices this would be my go to bowling alley. We bowled for one hour with the lane price being about $18. We bowled three games and squeezed a few extra frames for the fourth game. The hourly price is definitely cheaper than paying per game. Nice bar inside as well.

Just called to see about taking my family. The worker answered the phone told me there was open bowling and started a conversation while I was still on the line talking, cussing w another employee or customer. Very unprofessional and trashy. Complete turn off, definitely not taking my family.

Its a nice bowling alley great service just not enough hype to it not enough people unless there are bowling tournaments going and when that happens theres never any lanes open for regular bowlers to just come in and bowl

The lanes that we were bowling in broke down several times, and we had to stop bowling before we finished our games as we booked by the hour. Much of the time we were waiting for the ball return to be fixed. Never again.

Theyve remodeled the whole place, have flat screen TVs now, new food area and an arcade. Once they finish the bar this place will be A+. MUCH better than it was with the previous owner. No more student discount though :-(

October 2014: Things are changing at Bowlero. They are updating the place and soon it will be an even better place to hang out with good food, a great bar, updated bowling, an awesome arcade, and more.

Horrible. Last time I was there my lane malfunctioned, sat around for 40 minutes waiting for them to fix it before they moved me to another lane..... which promptly malfunctioned.

Even tho the lanes mess up this is a great bowling ally.... they oil good balls roll true!! And u cant beat the price!!!!!! I go almost every day... I will get a 300 here!!!

Lanes broke down every 4-5 shots. Called the counter and it took no less than 5 minutes to set up a pin. Shot was very dry at 40 frame game!
