I had the worst experience with the staff at Twin Lakes. They have really poor management. What made me get over their poor customer service was that I ignored it and focused on their beautiful gazebo, and my dream wedding. The first person I met was very nice, but she did not understand the package at all. I got the Sapphire Package and was promised that I would get the chair covers and candles. Even when I mentioned that in the package, it would not include chair covers, she promised me that I would indeed get it. She was fired just after a month after I met with her. When I met with the new girl, she indicated that I had to get my own chairs, which I ended paying an additional $1600 for. The second person, Jennifer was even worse. I went in to my tasting to meet her for the first time and she did not even come up to me or introduced herself. I had to go and introduce myself and she had the rudest manners. 3 months working with her, she emailed me and called me by the wrong name. What is worst, is that they spelled my husbands name wrong on his nameplate at the tasting. There was a time when Jennifer couldnt even remember that Ive already made my food selection, and asked me if I was ready to tell her what my choices were. I told her we already went over it, and she was so confused. There were other instances when Jennifer had cancelled meeting with me half an hour prior to our meetings. I took work off, since I worked an hour away from the venue, and was already there by the time I received the email. Another time, I had schedule time with her, to bring my parents in for a tour. My parents and I got there, and nobody was in the office. I snuck my parents into the back to see the gazebo and reception hall. I complained to the manager, and did they fire Jennifer. I had worked with Rachel, which made me feel a lot better. She was quick to respond and was able to upgrade my food selections because of the problems I have been having. The only thing that bothered me was that she was out of the office a lot. I felt like every time I emailed her, I would get an automatic response saying she wasnt in. However, on my wedding day, our bridal party had to wait a while to get served. One of my bridesmaid had to go talk to someone to bring us our food. The staff seemed really nice around me, probably because it was my wedding. But my bridesmaid said that they declined to give us water while we were getting ready (It was 90 degrees that day). And Ive also received many complaints about the rudeness of the staff, during our wedding rehearsal. The only thing that got me through this experience is that I knew what I wanted, and I focused on my own agenda. Its a beautiful place, no doubt. Thats why I went through w/ having the wedding there. Hopefully, they can get someone in to made the brides feel special, and make these moments memorable. I definitely didnt get a chance to have that. I understand they see many brides every weekend... But brides only get one wedding... Treat each bride like they were your only one, and you guys should be fine.

DO NOT USE THIS VENUE FOR WEDDING. Things started off really nice. Then Amber, the wedding coordinator there, is no longer there. No fault of hers, I wish her the best in her career. What I do have a problem with is the lack of professionalism that this establishment has. They messed up the day of the wedding and do not even have the courtesy to reimburse me for the horrible experience they provided. Instead, they offer me a round of golf, after we invested all that money into the wedding. Here is what happened: 1. Day of the wedding the seating numbers were set up incorrectly by the staff that caused the Mother of the Bride to be seated in the back of the room, away from the head table and her daughter. 2. We had set up a memorial shot in honor of my wifes dad who passed away a couple of months earlier. We worked it out with the coordinator that during the Mother/Son dance, the servers would bring drinks to the tables before the Mother/Daughter dance and toast. This is what was agreed upon. Instead, they made an announcement seconds before the Mother/Son dance for people to go grab shots from the bar taking away from the moment. Twin Lakes tried to put the blame on their former employee saying that she should of informed us. 3. We had a family style dinner. I have been in the service industry a long time and I know that there was no where close to the amount of servers that needed to be there for the size of the wedding, especially when we had to pay $6k in gratuities. That being said, after the head table was served, it took over an our before some tables received their meal, not to mention that some tables got their food cold.

I wish I could give a lower review. We had the worst customer experience ever. The staff was extremely disrespectful about a mistake made due to poor management. I have never been to a place where a customer service employee told the customer they were lying and laughed at us for saying we would rather not play anymore. Our entire golfing group will never be attending again because of the large amount of disrespect.

Held my baby shower here and everything was amazing! Everyone who attended told me how much they enjoyed the food! The people that work there that helped setup and checked on me through out the event were so accommodating! Manda the woman I booked the event through was over the top amazing!! Defiantly would book another event here in the future!

I have been running a league at Twin Lakes for multiple years now and I must say the service is outstanding. They go above and beyond to accommodate any needs necessary. The course is always in great shape! I would recommend playing if you havent yet.

Twin lakes is one of the best courses i have ever played. The course is always clean and well kept. Their practice facilities are wonderful and it gives you everything you need to improve your game. Their staff is friendly and welcoming.

The service here stinks. The Pro Shop and the ownership is just as bad. The 2 of the 3 9 hole courses are ok. Used to be a nice place to go years ago but ownership has taken a turn for the worse.

Cons. Food is garbage I probably returned my food 4 times during our season, golf carts die after 7-8 holes, 1 cart girl every 8 holes if theres one out. Pros- Ice is cold .

Nice grass driving range and putting / chipping green and sets of nines, but the woods retains more moisture than other nines making it unpleasant at times

The family always has a good time here. the pool is for members only and is very nice. The hall is very nice also and so is the golf course.

The food is OK at best. The banquet hall is kind of dated and the layout isnt great to begin with.
