Amazing, amazing, amazing! I cant tell you how wonderful Tony and Joanne were from the very beginning. They were completely attentive to our needs, so easy to work with and it was like having my wedding at someones farm I knew for years. They worked wonderfully with our vendors and were completely respectful of our privacy on the day of. They truly are a special couple with a dream landscape for a country barn wedding. Highly recommend!

Could be a nice place but the older man wont let it. He yelled at a couple kids who were kicking a soccer ball IN THE FIELD because balls arent allowed. Well he should have talked to the adults and not yelled at little kids. He also kept showing up to check things. He rented the place, and for a nice price and last I checked he didnt have an invitation to the wedding. I wouldnt recommend just because of him!

Avans Farm

Great place for an inexpensive farm wedding. The barn is gorgeous. I was amazed at how many decorations they had on hand. Saved me a bunch. The couple who own the place are retired and very friendly.

The owners seemed friendly at first, but when the day of the wedding came...it was as if we were unwanted on their property. Theres no service either so guests for our wedding got lost, theres no A/C.
