We had my daughters birthday party at the Grand Rapids Michigan location recently. This was our first experience with Airtime, and we will never return. The whole event was completely unorganized. The DJ was playing music so loudly that we couldn’t hear ourselves think, and we couldn’t provide any direction to our guests about what to do or when. Our “ dedicated party coordinator” was mostly absent from the party. When she did stop by to see if I needed help, it was such chaos by that point that I could barely think of what to ask for help with. She was unaware of the dodge ball game and 5X7 photo that the party was supposed to include. When I finally asked for this she told me where to go for this and at what time. It was quite a task to round up all of the kids and get them to the dodge ball area, only to find out that our coordinator was not there, no camera, nobody to direct the game or take the picture, and there were other guests already playing on the designated court since it hadn’t been reserved for us. We waited several minutes while most of the kids got restless and wandered away. Finally I went and got someone else to help run the dodge ball game, and there was no photo taken of it. After the pizza was served 20 minutes late, and everyone was halfway done eating, I realized that the kids never got their juice boxes, so they were drinking the adults soda pitchers. I had to find the coordinator and ask for the juice boxes, then it took another 5-10 minutes before she brought them and most of the kids were done eating by then. The whole place appeared to be run by teenagers, not a single adult present and nobody seemed to be in charge. We regretfully spent a lot of money at this over-priced awful place, and we will never return. I will take every available opportunity to share our experience with other parents and will warn them about our horrible experience at Airtime so that they can avoid it.

This is a great place for kids to let their energy out in hot summer days in a well air-conditioned indoor place. Very clean and spacious place with a dozen or more friendly staffs around and guiding kids and adults. We came here on Friday at noon and kids jumped non-stop their hearts out. We were offered a deal of $3/person all day pass after our first hour was up, so we took that deal and came back to play more after early dinner at 5:30pm. Perhaps those deals were offered only on weekdays when the place isnt totally packed? There are $99/all summer long (6/1-9/30) unlimited access thats offered until June 30th on site only. If we live here in Grand Rapids, Im sure my kids would have signed up for it. The manager was very courteous and friendly and helped us to use our Groupon deals to the maximum as we didnt know that all day pass was offered after our 1st hour at $3. We decided to use our 2nd Groupon deal for another day next week. One thing that we had a difficult time locating this place was that there are 7+ buildings in this huge businesses shopping-mall lot, and no signage that directs Airtime trampolines location. Please look for Chuck E. Cheese and go behind that building. Its much easier to get to the parking lot from Lake Eastbrook Blvd SE and across from Phillip Anthony Salons address then just across street from Lake Eastbrook Blvd (vs their main address of 28th Street.

My first experience at air time was a positive one. My son had his 10th birthday and although the party coordinator was very quiet, she did a nice job. My second experience was not so positive. We came during fam time using a free pass for 4 jumpers that my son won during his party. Naomi, the events manager was assisting the cashier and did not acknowledge us as customers. The kids were climbing on "her" counter and she asked them to stop climbing, however, the kids did not hear her because she spoke softly. I then asked the kids to stop jumping on "the" counters. No acknowledgement when I apologized to her. An hour later, she addressed my son directly at the snack bar with me standing there, and told him she is going to take away his wristband because she already asked him twice. I politely asked her to address me so I can address my son. She said, and I quote "I have the right to direct him appropriately" and never once looked me in the eye while saying it. Naomi was rude and it was apparent she was not having a good day. At no time, is it ok to address the child directly and not engage the parent who was right there AND was fully addressing her child the first time it happened.

Went here when they first opened for the jump all day for $15 (grand rapids location). There were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 kids. We all had a blast and said this was the new place that we wanted to go! However, we went to return about a month later and had a screenshot of what Airtime shared on their Facebook page offering $15 jump all day again. When we got there they said they couldnt do that deal because it was a special event day. Even though the info I had stated that they were, the manager proceeded to tell me that the website changes all the time. So I need to check the website daily because you may change your mind about what you already stated???? Keep in mind my screen shot was from earlier that week and we just drove over an hour to get to Airtime. Needless to say that we did not stay to jump as they wouldnt honor what they had posted to their site!!! We will not be returning. I would much rather spend the money at other facilities that arent always changing what they are offering!!!!!

Great time for kids, but they should really reconsider their policy on babies. I was told Id have to pay for my 14 month old to jump since he can walk. He isnt old enough to jump independently & I cant jump on the same trampoline as him because of their policies, so he just ran around the whole place and never jumped... because hes a baby and thats what babies do. Every baby isnt the same, and some might like to jump independently, but Im sure moms have issues like this all the time. Babies should be free. Period.

I was not at all impressed by the person from Troy who called several times to confirm/harass me about my upcoming party that I scheduled. Given my interaction with her, my expectations were quite low going in. However, I was pleasantly surprised by Airtimes staff in Grand Rapids. They made it a positive experience as they were very helpful. The pizza at Airtime is much better than at competing parks. My kids indicated that they liked it better than competing parks as well.

Airtime is a very outstanding place to have fun. The inside is amazing the trampolines are fantastic and vibe is awesome. The staff are very kind and makes sure safety and fun always comes first!!! I promise you that you won’t be disappointed if you take a trip down to Airtime. They even have a arcade inside which to me is magnificent. “BORED AT HOME, don’t know what to do with your time, take a trip down to Airtime”.
