AMAZING PLACE FOR KIDS! There is a nice toddler area that toddlers, well, just love to play in -- especially the little slides that end in the ball pit. There gigant slides that parents can go in with their kids, and all sorts of activities. O, there is also a lit-up dance floor that plays a music video accompanied by bubbles every hour. Its fairly inexpensive, and parents dont have to pay, only kids -- something that similar places in Grand Rapids dont do (they charge parents too). You get a stamp on your wrist so you can go eat somewhere and come back. The snacks are inexpensive (unlike other places that charge and arm and a leg even for pop). There is also an option to place a Pizza Hut order, which gets delivered every hour. This gives you even more dining options at a low price. Highly recommended for anyone with small children (under 12)!

Definitely a value when you have a lot of time to fill and youngsters energy to burn. This place has reasonable prices and the fact that they only charge per kid and theres no adult charge is a plus, especially since an adult isnt getting much out of it (if only the $12/person zoo we just went to would get that same idea). The only negative I can think of is the noticeable disrepair that some of the play areas are suffering from. There are several pieces with torn fabric that havent been fixed in 1-2 years. Last we were there one of the large inflatables had a 5-6 long section of a sewn seam that was leaking condensation, so you essentially had to step in water bubbles on your way into it. The pneumatic guns shooting foam balls barely work. Other than these minor things which dont seem to slow the kids down at all, this place is great.

Took my 4 year old here on her birthday owner asked me to "lift my shirt up to show I wasnt carrying a gun" will never take my children here again. I wonder how long it will take of them asking customers to lift their shirts before they get charged with sexual harassment. FYI if they dont want people to carry a firearm all they need is a sticker in their window showing that. Update: owner claims he asks me to put my gun in my vehicle and is a complete lie, never once did he confirm I was carrying and the only time he mentioned no firearms being allowed was at the end of our second decision at which point I found my wife and left instantly. I even asked several times before if he want me to leave, which his response was always no.

The first time I visited was on a Friday, as we entered the facility we were told by other parents that a child had a bloody nose in the ball pit. We had been there for almost 20 mins and finally seen the staff closing off the area to clean the mess. I brought 3 kids the next day to try it out again and the staff allowed my 2 year old son to walk right out of the play area to the front entrance which is suppose to be secured. I watched it happen, ran to the front and had to tell the staff that he walked out by himself because the "secured door" was wide open and none of the 4 staff including the manager at the front desk noticed him. Be careful if bringing more than one child, the place is not secure at all.

Very reasonably priced, especially if you have time to stay awhile. My average visit is two hours, with two kids that comes to about what I would be shelling out in tokens at an arcade. The difference is here the kids are getting exercise and actually interacting with other kids there age instead of rotting there brains. When you go in, you and your child are stamped with the same numaric code in uv ink.so you know that you are the only one that will be leaving with your kids. Place was clean, good sight lines for parents to watch kids from the central seating area, and the staff was friendly yet unobtrusive. Fun times.

Nice place and my son loves it but Im noticing a decline in everything. Bathrooms not been cleaned. I looked at the bathroom check and nothing was checked for four days. They probably cleaned at the end of the day instead of several times of day, and its noticeable. Also some of the ride-on-things were not operating. Came back two weeks later and it was still dowm. My sons favorite part is when they do the bubbles but the last time we were there the bubble machine was not working. You can see all the kids looking up wait for it to start. Its too bad because we used to like this place.

No signs posted anywhere regarding concealed carry when I went in. Yet I witnessed the owner or manager argue with a guy for 20 mins about his suspicion of him concealed carrying? I told my wife its like not telling our guest to remove their shoes then getting upset when people wear shoes in the house. Regardless how I feel about concealed carry or guns you have to be upfront before taking a customers money. Its common business practice. Take a stance and live with those decisions. But dont not take a stance and then get upset with people for not being mind readers.

Good, not great. The facility needs work. They have the right idea but need to pay attention to some of the minor details. I went into the play structure with my son, just to find out that the air guns and compressors did not operate. I also did not appreciate how eager the staff were to kick every one out at the end of the day. How about some smiles too? The security guard at the front desk didnt exactly give the place a family-friendly vibe. My wife and I are considering having my sons birthday party here but I am thinking twice over these issues.

A little concerned as Im sitting here and I watched a little boy come out of the big jungle gym with a full blown bloody nose. Upon his mom taking him I immediately went to the front desk and informed the staff. The young man acted concerned for a second then went back to walking around with a clip board and bag of candy. I understand accidents happen and they cant shut the whole place down but at least send someone in to make sure there is not blood every where. Especially with the amount of blood this kid was pouring out.

Our Family have always loved catch air, after today not so much. My kids walked out and their number was not checked and neither was mine. I pointed it out to the staff and they just argued with me got in my face pointing a walkie talkie at me and called me an idiot. Very disappointed! I always recommend this place because it is kept so clean. The crew that was working today were more interested in flirting with each other than checking the safety of the children. Disappointed!

If you have kids under the age of 10, this is paradise. Its a giant room with tons of things for kids to do from an obstacle course to a ball pit to slides. Two adults get in for free with each kid ticket purchased. Every hour they have a dance party with bubbles for the kids. Theres enough seating for the adults, but expect to have constant screaming of kids in your ear for your entire visit. If youre hungry, they have a cooler of beverages and you can order pizza.
