Wow, all I can say is Im surprised at all the negative comments about Emerald Falls. It doesnt sound like the same place I remember. I worked there in the mid-90s and when I was an employee, we took pride in the park and it was one of the nicest, cleanest, parks on the beach. In fact all of us employees had nightly "chores" we would do before closing (someone would do the trash, someone would clean the bathrooms, someone would sweep, etc). The management I worked for (Johnny and Stan) were always on top of things and we had to make sure the park was clean at night for opening the next morning. I enjoyed working there and we were always taught to be nice to customers so I think its a shame hearing about how employees today were "rude" because thats not the way it used to be. I visited the park a couple of years ago when I was in Panama City and I did notice it wasnt in nearly as great shape as it was when I worked there. For instance in the kiddie section (thats where I mostly worked) the train had 4 cars, and the only time it had less than 4 was if one was being repaired. I noticed the train now only has two cars (the engine and the caboose) and it looked like the paint had been peeling. As far as prices, we didnt have armbands back then but we had a package deal were you could get like 25 tickets for one price (most rides took either 2 or 3 tickets.) I hate to hear the negative reviews because it was a fun place to work. I hope the park gets some updates soon and they dont end up closing. That would be a shame.

Absolutely despise the customer service. We vacation in PCB FLA every year in Aug. Last year my fiancé and I went to play golf here and were denied service at 9:30pm. They close at 10pm and yet we were still denied. This year we come to play golf, seeing that people are just walking onto the course and several people are out there already we get happy to see they wont be closing entirely to early again, well well well. To our dismay we arrived at 8:50pm to a place that closes at 10pm to be told "I dont care if people are on Par2 were closed have a nice night". Wow, so clearly this place doesnt want out money at all. Ok coconut creek, and goofy golf here we come!! Lovely places, great people, excellent service and will even stay open late!! Those are the places that deserve my money! I would rate ZERO stars but google wont allow me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My family has been to this park for 15 years. We always ride the Vortex at $9 per person. I spent $65 here for 30 minutes. In our first ride I was spun out and waited to be turned right on the track. And therefore ended up being last in the race. The guys running the ride made me exit first when I should have been last. I was robbed of 1/4 of the ride. I spoke to the manager and wanted a refund. We were leaving the park. He would give it to me. He said that I could only get another ticket. WE WERE LEAVING! He didnt have any customer service skills at all. Dont waste your time.....go done else thats safe.

So, my family and I came here while on vacation and we decided to do the $35 wrist band. (You can choose from 5 activities). When we were ready to ride the 2nd set of go-carts we were advised that it would be closed until 5:pm. Mind you this was after we had paid the $35 +tax. No one ever mentioned that this activities was closed or would be closed. When we confronted management, they were very rude and did not offer any accommodations. I do not ever want to come to this place again. Very Rude. Very Inconsiderate. They dont explain themselves at all. Once they take your money, its pretty much a wrap. Horrible Experience. Garbage.

I rate this one star simply because I cant give it zero stars. Cashier staff are RUDE. Hot, hot, hot and no shady spots for parents to wait the hour it takes to get through the line to ride the go karts once. As my kids stood and sweated, the race before them had exactly five carts! While others waited! We had a bogo coupon so we had to suffer through the wait twice. Their last ride was only four laps instead of five. As my 11 year waited to exit his car someone hit him, hard, from behind. He hit his head and was scared but there wasnt anything we could do to seek first aid because they dont care if you get hurt. Dont go there.

We went here just to do the mini golf. They have 2 different 18 hole courses and I will say that they were a little challenging at times so it made the game fun but the condition of the course is a little rough. The AstroTurf is torn in areas and in some spots its lumped up. There also arent any indicators on where to place your ball other then some worn out spots that many others have used. The golf was fun but is in severe need of updating and repairs.

I cant believe a business would be ok with workers who yell at customers. The girl in the golf shack needs to be fired! She yelled at me because other people had put their clubs in a window where the sign said not to put them. I even showed her i had mine in my hand. Maybe if the sign would tell u where to put them, it would help. This happened on 7/13/17. Dont go here. Find somewhere else.

Great fun for the family. We played in the arcade for an hour or so then played mini golf (18 holes). Only negative things I saw were beer bottles, trash, and lots of other undetermined items either floating atop the water or somewhat hidden by the dyed blue water. Just needs to be cleaned up or better maintained. But over all our family of 5, all ages, had a great time.

We were there on 06-14-2017 and 06-15-2017 (we had to come back the next day to use our vouchers). The bumper boats kept stalling and all of the holes on the putt putt course were filled with nasty murky water, as well as being mostly worn out. The Wooden track was the only somewhat redeeming factor, but there are much better places to go in PCB.

Staff at the go-cart track was very rude (young guys that are too cool for themselves). Too bad, because the Corkscrew track and carts were surprisingly fun. Carts have plenty of speed to carry up through the cork screw. Some better management, training these young guys on humility and customer service, could do wonders for the place.

The WORST customer service ever! Whoever is in charge on those employees need to teach them how to properly read wrist bands and actually have some respect for customers. I will never be back. I loved the Cobra park. And WOW they actually know how to be nice to customers!! Spend your time there instead!!!

Rode the go-karts here and I was so disappointed with the quality and performance of them (they didnt seem like they were maintained). They had multiple things (rides) down and the place looked crappy. There are a lot better attractions located right down the road from this place.
