HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE KIDS THAT APPARENTLY RUN THE WHOLE PLACE!!!!! This was my second time at Airway Fun Center. I went with my son to spend a few hours and have some fun on a Thursday afternoon. The place was not busy. I purchased the top package that I could get. It was $40 a piece and included the lunch buffet and unlimited bowling and 3 hours in the game area. We were told we would not be able to bowl and given no option for a waiting list or anything like that. The lunch buffet is supposed to start at 11am. We got there at 11:30am and there was nothing set up except for the salad bar. This forced us to wait to eat and in all the buffet was about an hour late being set up. When we went back to the buffet it was pathetic. A couple of nasty looking pizzas and some overcooked mac and cheese. I ate salad which was ok. While we were sitting there a waitress went around to the few tables that were there and got drinks/refills. This waitress ignored our table until we were finished eating and then asked if there was anything else. This was disappointing as there were like 3 tables in the whole place and she didnt have the courtesy to even get us a drink refill! After we ate we headed to the gaming. Again I remind you that it cost my son and I $80 to play these games!! We went straight to laser tag and were able to get right in. The games are a blast however the staff or should I say KIDS running it are very unfriendly and very unprofessional and lazy. The kid running the laser tag is down right rude and unfriendly and has no business working with children. He needs to be fired immediately. At one point we swiped our cards to play the laser maze. While we are in the middle of it, one of the workers, a male, opened the curtain and ruined our game. To add insult to injury we were told that we could come back later because he had some friends that wanted to get in there. In summary, it was almost kind of sad....The place is very nice inside and looks to be clean and maintained very well. If only the staff was half as polished as the building they might be able to stay in business. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

We used to go to airway lanes all the time due to its convenient location off the highway but most recent experience has me so frustrated that I am deciding to never go there again. We had some out of town family come over for Mothers Day and we all decided to go bowling. We were a group of 16 people. As soon as we entered the place one employee (Adam) rudely asked us to remove our shoes before entering the place. It was raining outside so we wiped our shoes on the carpet to comply with his demand. But that wasnt good enough for him as he was on a power trip. He didnt ask any other guests entering the bowling ally to remove their shoes but just continued to be nasty towards us. Zero customer service skills. When we asked to speak to a manager, he says he was in charge that day and he refuses to accept our business and wont let us bowl there unless we apologize to him. I have never seen a business where an employee can ask the guest to apologize when the employee is being nasty and rude. Because of this employee airway lanes lost out on at least $200.00+ in business that day and all our future business.

Airway lanes is still a fun place to take the kids but its beginning to show its age and traffic. The bowling is fun and things usually work pretty well, but there are some times when the machines just plain do goofy things. The arcade is OK, but the machines are getting a bit dated and are worn pretty badly in some cases. The rope course outside is really nice though. Its a big hit. The new rooms where you have to try to follow the clues to escape sound nice, but at $25 or so a person are just WAY too expensive. They are trying and working on it slowly, and they host a nice, well behaved teen night periodically, but with the run down condition currently, I cant give them high marks. They do know about the issues and are very good about working with you to make anything right so its still work a stop by on a cold winter day when you need something to do.

We were given a lane in the tap room for our two boys that had KNOWN issues for defective scoring. We were not told about this until after the game was started. No offer to move our lane when I discovered this and reported it to an employee, so I just kept rescoring the game manually, no apologies and no discount offered afterwards when I reported it again when we turned in our shoes. In fact, they were rude to ME because I complained. This WAS our favorite place but now it isnt. We wont be back. The only reason I gave this place two stars instead of one was the pizza was delivered to our lane and they brought napkins, forks, and drinks too! That is service and they need to teach the bowling cashiers something or two. The bowling side deserves zero stars. You dont sell something obviously defective and expect someone to pay full price. Shameful.

This is your one stop shop for entertaining your family. They have many lanes to bowl on, including table service from a fairly extensive menu. They have two bars with a wide selection of beers and liquor. The arcade is quite large, although dont expect to find any of the classics here, just the newer arcade games that find their roots in App store games. The bumper cars are decently fun. They have a few interactive game rooms which are very fun for the kids. The putt-putt golf is pretty lackluster, but the kids are sure to enjoy it. Your kids will also love the climbing structure they have.

Took my daughter bowling for the first time. Despite the mess from construction (understandable) the customer service in the dinner Completely sucked! The girls were rude That waited on us. I dont understand how you could scoff so many times during an order. Especially when I paid well over 30 $$$ for 2 adult meals and a kids meal. If youre going to charge so much for food. At least have friendly people serving the food! Sadly I dont know that we will be back again. At least not to eat. However even though the prices are high. She had an awesome time bowling.

There is so much to do here. We came here first things Saturday morning as the first stop of many for a bachelor party. I explained our situation to the gentleman at the counter and how long we were planning to be there and he allowed us to do the wrist band special despite the fact that they dont normally do that on Saturdays. The go-karts were our favorite part and the attendants let us go a little longer since it was so early and there wasnt anyone waiting. The laser maze was surprisingly fun. Overall, everyone had a great time.
