We absolutely loved our wedding at Willowdale Estate! The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the food delicious, & the staff is kind, knowledgeable, & attentive. Our experience was amazing from beginning to end. From our first visit to Willowdale, we were hooked! Kaitlin, who gave us our tour, patiently guided us around the beautiful estate while we asked lots of questions & explored every nook and cranny of the property. We were blown away by the beauty of the place; the perfectly groomed gardens, the impressive glass ceiling, & the amazing suites were more than we could have hoped for. Also, the team was setting up for an event & the organization & efficiency was impressive. We could immediately tell that the team at Willowdale was a well-oiled machine. The planning experience was great as well. We only had 10 months to plan our wedding day & we never felt overwhelmed or neglected. Every time we called with a question, any member of the team was able to help us. When we wanted an extra visit to measure for flowers & take photos, it was granted. When they had not heard from us for a while, they called to check in. The portal was easy to use for planning & payment & the resources were very helpful. I also cannot say enough wonderful things about our Wedding coordinator Nichole! We LOVE her! We felt like she had our back at every step along the way & by the time our wedding came along, she was a great ally and friend. At our initial planning meeting, Nichole took the time to make sure that we covered every aspect of our day & that translated into the smoothest event! We were really able to make the wedding our own! Nichole was a great resource & organized all of our vendors seamlessly. She had helpful suggestions at our planning meeting & offered helpful advice. We wanted to add some unique touches in terms of décor & this was not only accepted but encouraged. On our wedding day, Nichole was able to articulate our overall vision PERFECTLY!!!! It was almost as if we set it up ourselves! Nichole and the whole team were amazing. They were so organized from the rehearsal to the décor pick up. Nichole checked up on us without hovering. She made sure that we were well cared for all night & even packed us cookies because she noticed we were too busy dancing to get dessert. I have no reservations in saying that Nichole is an excellent weeding coordinator; she was all we could have asked for and more! Our guests could not say enough about their experience at Willowdale! So many of them reached out & told us that they had the best time. Our friends and family could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how great the staff was. They loved how we were able to incorporate so many of our own special touches and commented on how smooth the weather plan was. They talked about the food; wonderful appetizers, a delicious signature cocktail, a great meal with attentive service & the most delicious chocolate chip cookies! Many of our people told us that it was the BEST food they had at a wedding. Our guests felt comfortable exploring the grounds and mansion, hanging out in the beautifully lit courtyard, & dancing the night away under the elegant tent. Overall, we were happy to hear all of the wonderful feedback. We wished for our guests to have a great time & a memorable night & Willowdale delivered! We would highly recommend this venue to couples looking for a memorable experience. Thank you, Willowdale, for the best night of our lives!

Let me start this review by saying we only toured one venue before booking. After seeing Willowdale, I just knew - some brides have "that feeling" with a wedding dress, but for me, it was the venue. If possible, Willowdale is even more beautiful in person than in pictures. On top of falling in love with the cozy, romantic space, Belinda (our sales representative) was so helpful in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns in those initial stages. For that matter, every person I spoke with on the phone or met in subsequent visits was friendly and accommodating. I am all about good customer service, and Willowdale hits it out of the park... We booked the venue in August 2015 and were married this March (took full advantage of the waived site fee for a January-March wedding in the mansion). We had 100 guests, and though I was initially worried about fitting comfortably in the space, it was perfect. Prior to being assigned a wedding coordinator, I contacted the planning team numerous times with various questions, and I was always pleasantly surprised with how responsive and invested everyone seemed. Then, two months before the big day, we were assigned our coordinator, Nichole. We were very, very fortunate to have her in our corner. She was so organized and, as a bride with very few strong opinions and a ton of last minute decisions to be made (mostly because those details didn’t even cross my mind until she mentioned them at our first details meeting), I really needed some direction, which she delivered in the best possible way. From that first details meeting until the day of the wedding, I had full confidence in Nichole and the team and feel like I probably slept more than most brides as a result. I feel like the tasting is worth mentioning too - it is set up to mimic an actual wedding with a cocktail hour, a DJ, flowers, multiple courses, and dessert. You’re there with other couples and their families, so you have an idea of the space filled with people. We went less than two weeks before our wedding because we just couldn’t fit it in sooner, and Nichole found us at the end to see if we wanted to change any of our menu selections - so thoughtful and incredibly flexible! We didn’t want to change anything by the way because every single bite was delicious. In fact, we even added more apps! Every guest weve talked to since the wedding has mentioned the food. It cannot be beat - who knew wedding food could be so good?! We didn’t even have a wedding cake because Willowdale’s cookies are ooey-gooey and out of this world (also mentioned by nearly every guest). We left our tasting SO excited for the big day. On the day of the wedding, every detail was impossibly perfect. Nichole and the team were incredible, and the venue looked even more magical with all the decorations placed just so. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves, and it was truly the best night of my life - thanks in large part to Nichole. Between the venue, the staff, and the food, you’re crazy to book anywhere else in Massachusetts.

We absolutely adored every moment of our time with Willowdale Estate--from our first visit to our actual wedding day at Willowdale Estate! First of all, they have the best chocolate chip cookies Ive ever had and after we toured the venue, they MAILED us a box of cookies--clearly, they really know the way to my heart! I first fell in love with Willowdales gorgeous glass conservatory but after visiting, fell in love with everything about the venue. The staff are all so knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. We first had the pleasure of corresponding with Belinda, then after we booked, we had a few months where the entire planning team was at our disposable, and finally, a month or two before the wedding, we were assigned our fabulous day-of coordinator, Nichole. Every single person we interacted with at Willowdale were so wonderful and attentive and happily fielded all of my countless questions throughout the whole process. One of the best things about Willowdale is that it has such a natural beauty that I didnt feel like I had to undertake a huge job of transforming the space to fit my vision. Presenting things in an aesthetically pleasing and polished way is a clear value of the staff at Willowdale and nothing is ever just set out randomly, but they really take the time to artfully display everything (i.e. the cheese and crudites table, the desserts table, our guest book table, the welcome table) in a beautiful, Pinterest-worthy way. As you can imagine, this made our wedding morning so much easier as Nichole and her team took care of setting out all the decor that we had brought in, and me and my wedding party were able to focus on getting ready and enjoying the morning! Another wonderful thing is that the food here is SO delicious. We attended their tasting event, which in and of itself was kind of like attending a mini-wedding (they had favors, hors doeurves, multiple starters and entrees, lots of drinks, music, and of course, their fantastic chocolate chip cookies). For our wedding, we chose two entrees for our guests to pick from: 1) salmon with sticky rice, miso glazed bok choy and 2) a pork roasted chop with sweet potato, brussels sprouts and mustard sauce. They have such an extensive menu to choose from for both hor doeurves and entrees and were flexible when we wanted to request an item from the winter menu for our spring wedding, and when we wanted to modify the menu item a little bit. The salmon was flavorful and tender and surprisingly, one of the best Ive ever had (and I heard the same feedback from many of our guests)! I could go on and on about all the things I loved about getting married at Willowdale but I think this covers a couple of my favorites! TL;DR Willowdale is such a gorgeous venue and the staff there are all SO good at what they do. In the 9 months between first visiting the venue to getting married, I have only had positive experiences with Willowdale Estate. I seriously cant imagine a better place to have gotten married!
