Stayed here on a Friday for work purposes and I have to say it is a pretty nice hotel. It sits off the Bedford/Burlington line on Middlesex Turnpike and it is in a remote area. The hotel itself is pretty large with multiple function rooms and a nice courtyard in the center and a restaurant on site. Check in was a bit slow since I already checked in online I thought it was just hand me the key and that was it. Instead it was verifying my credit card and info etc. They give you a cookie to go which is their trademark and if you are a Hilton Member, of course waters. The hotel property is set up very strange as all the rooms are in a circle around the center courtyard. You end up walking all the way around the courtyard to reach your room which could be all the way on the other side of the property which I thought was strange. However the rooms are modern and really nice and the beds are comfortable and there is free WiFi if you are a Hilton member. I was impressed with the size of the rooms for the cost. The other thing I noticed was this hotel was literally empty on a Friday night which I was surprised at but it is located in a corporate area which could explain it. I would recommend the place to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Last summer while I was staying here, the power went out for half the hotel. Sat in the dark for over an hour thinking it will come back on. Finally decided to check with the front desk to see when the power would come back on since I couldnt unpack or shower. When I spoke to the front desk they told me that it would be maybe another hour or two before the power came back on. I asked if we can switch rooms and they told me "No, the power should be back on momentarily." So I went back and decided to sleep it out. Come to find out the next morning that the power was still out. They finally decided to give us another room after I had to complain over and over to them. I later found out from a hotel employee there that blackout occurred often there. I had a horrible experience here. No refunds were provided from this hotel for the first night. I dont understand how a Hilton chain hotel can treat their guests this way. So hotel room and value are a plus. After this experience, I would say service and location are horrible.

Truly a poor experience. The hotel is overpriced for the amenities and services it offers. The other Hilton brands nearby offer much more for a better price. Staff does not appear to be competent and have no knowledge of their services. I asked some basic questions regarding my Hilton honors and they were unable to answer. I asked questions regarding their fitness center and again they were unable to appropriately answer. On several occasions front desk staff members were congregating and using personal phones rather than assisting guests. There was always trash/dining leftovers from room-service along the outside of rooms the next morning. The layout of the hotel is not accommodating the decor is outdated. I wasnt expecting much for the price but I spent more time with co-workers at the other nearby hotels because they were more welcoming and inviting. I will not come back nor would I recommend. Also, this wasnt a single night stay, I stayed for two consecutive weeks.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Sadly our stay was only one night long, but it was one of the best hotels we stayed at while staying in the Boston area. The hotel is huge, fancy and very clean. When we arrive for check in the lady at the front desk was extremely friendly. We were offered complimentary warm cookies and bottles of water. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. The bathroom was fancy, spacious and clean. The rooms seemed to be extremely sound proof, because I couldnt hear any noise from rooms around me . The beds were very comfy and pillows were so soft and comfy too. I really enjoyed my stay here, wish I could have stayed longer. The only downside is that there wasnt any complimentary breakfast. But that didnt bug me much since the room and everything else was so clean and well kept and I enjoyed my stay either way! Would definitely recommend.

I spend almost 200 nights a year in a hotel room...mostly at Hilton properties. This review is not intended for Hilton properties generally, this is intended for the Doubletree Hotel Boston/Bedford Glen. 99 out of 100 stays are perfectly fine. Tonight after a coast to coast red eye flight followed by a 14 hour work day, I couldnt get food delivered to my room...the delivery person was stopped at the front desk. The phone call I received indicated that food delivered to my room is against hotel policy. Apparently that doesnt apply to room service. Considering that a caesar salad with steak is $26.00, I can see the need for the policy. They did call to ask me to come and collect my food, but after unpacking and changing I didnt feel like making the trek back to the lobby. Note to self...stay elsewhere or remember to pack a lunch.

If you are handicap or impaired tgis isnt a place to stay. The shower didnt have any water pressure and couldnt shower correctly for the time there, when brought to the attention of guest staff, nothing was done and they infact reported that we didnt allow them to come into the room, mind you we were out of the room from the room the whole day, and are room was made up when we got back. When we asked for another room, they reported there were no other handicap accessible rooms. This isnt a hotel that is handicap accessible friendly. I habe problems walking and my handicap room was on the second floor about 100 feet away from the elevator. When making a reservation please keep this in mind. The room was clean and spacious.

I stayed there 4 nights. There is not much to like about this hotel. There is no food, snacks, toiletries, or quick food to purchase - just an overpriced full-service restaurant. And there is nothing in walking distance. Breakfast room service was 2 shifts later (30 minutes) than the box I checked on the tag - nothing like setting the day back waiting on food. The wireless was up and down, mostly down, over the 4 days. Fortunately, the wired connection worked. One day the maid service just skipped my room. The staff was indifferent. And the television was small for the wall. The only plus was the gym has some weights and a couple styles of cardio machines.

15-20 stays, Hilton Honors Gold. Excellent each time. I am a picky guest, and this hotel is one of my favorites, if not my favorite Hilton. Location is unique, not a downside, its on 12+ acres in the middle of a very congested, overpopulated area, yet theres a great restaurant/bar across the street. Hotel staff is more than accommodating, in fact theyll bend over backwards to help you. Id advise you consider the review of a very picky customer, who has stayed at this place frequently, rather than considering advice from obviously exaggerated negative reviews.

I love hot baked cookies. Is it wrong that I get the cookies at the front desk every day? This is one of my favorite features at this hotel. The rooms can be expensive but as a business traveler Im never really paying for it. If I had to pay for it, then I would probably skip staying here. This hotel feels like a retreat center. There are long walks to the rooms and its only two stories. The grounds are really pretty too. Theres also plenty of parking. Just make sure you ask where your room is on the map and then drive over near your room.
