Came for the Girl Scout Cookie Creations event which was downstairs and fun but...where are the trash cans? Also, are those plastic made to look like metal spoons and forks recyclable? There was a lot of them. Im sure the team in charge of the Girl Scout Cookie Creations event made all the decisions, but the Events Center should have pushed for trash cans at least (and the recycling if everything wasnt). Self check coat check? Never seen it before, not a fan.

Nice place, Ive been to dance performances there a few times. Comfy seating, decent bathrooms. The womens room (I cant speak to the mens room) has a separate room attached to it thats a little lounge area to fix your makeup, make a phone call, etc.

Very clean venue and beautifully decorated. Very large room with a good amount of seats. My family and I were a bit late at the performance we were watching and we were treated extremely generously.

Great space for holding an event. The caterer they use was good. Friendly and helpful staff. I wish there had been free WiFi available. Good location in Back Bay, close to the train.

It is a large place for events, so check. Like most of these places it can be a bit of a madhouse when trying to leave. Place itself is big though, comfy enough seating.

Only have been here for graduations but the seats are pretty comfortable.
