Comida correcta (hamburguesa sabrosa y de buen tamaño, fish and chips también correcto y una ensalada un tanto rara, pero que tampoco estaba mal; además de una tarta de manzana con helado muy rica) en un bonito, céntrico y típico local de Nantucket sin que esté en el jaleo de los locales del puerto. Servicio normal, y precio, como todo en esta isla, bastante caro. Como curiosidad decir que estuvimos aquí el 28 de mayo de 2016 y mientras comimos pusieron, en todas las pantallas del local, la final de la Champions League entre Real Madrid y Atlético de Madrid: había muchos más aficionados al fútbol de lo que cabría esperar.

I was having a great night until I arrived at the Rose and Crown! The service and food were both as equally bad! Nachos, grilled cheese both dry with no flavor and a very poor wine selection. The staff seems untrained or trained by their very unexperienced, classless Assistant GM (Erikka). I am in the hospitality industry and in no way has this girl had any proper hospitality training. Its such a shame this place has gone downhill! I did at one time enjoy it , but now will advise all my friends and business colleagues to avoid it at all cost. I have never in my life been treated this badly at any other establishment!

This has always been one of our favorites on the island. Their chowder is the best! However, this year we noticed the obvious smaller portions for the same price. Fancy new plates and bowls equals smaller portions. You used to be able to make a meal out of the soup and an appetizer. The soup "bowl" is now the equivalent of a soup cup. We also ordered shrimp scampi...same size bowl so, we are talking a kids portion. A $5 side salad consisted of a handful of lettuce with a few additions. Sorry to say this is off the list of favorites...........Now just another rip-off.

This bar has been around forever. Always one of the stops we make over FIGAWI weekend, sort of a tradition. The cover on Saturday and Sunday night is getting a little ridiculous. 40 Bucks to get into the door last time we were there. Lame guys, this isnt NYC. Just because the Chicken box is doing it, doesnt mean you have to stoop to their level.

A bit expensive but hey its Nantucket! I had the Fish and Chips and it was delicious. The Ceasar salad was good too. This place turns into a club at night - Im guessing that due to the huge Bose speakers on the wall and the disco balls on the ceiling. If you have to use the bathroom its near the front door and it is tiny.

The worst service and food. Had to wait then to ask for a glass of water on a 94 degree day. Asked for plain bread, got garlic bread instead (paid $3.99, not the point), then got garlic bread again with entre... Nachos dish was horrible: very few chips with melted cold cheese and a ton of jalapeño peppers. NEVER again!!!

Do they accommodate large parties? Why yes, yes they do! We had a fantastic time here last month and really enjoyed the amazing food and super-friendly staff that went above and beyond for us. If youre on the island, go here for top notch food, booze and people.

The worst customer service ever. They toke away our table (!) while we were still eating and drinking. I tried to stop them, but guy said "I dont care, its my job and Im taking the table." There was no space next to the bar, so we had to just hold all our stuff.

Went to the R&C for dinner with a friend from the states. It was his first roast dinner and he absolutely loved it, I devoured my amazing beef roast in just few minutes time! Delish relish! Staff is always welcoming and friendly!

Vanessa is amazing! Wings was not filmed here. She does not know Tom and Tom from Nantucket Nectars. She did go to school with "The Heart of the Sea" authors daughter. The chowdah is wicked!

Fun, big bar and restaurant. Food is typically american bar food. Then at night the tables get moved out and the dance party begins. Big, fun tourist bar on popular summer weekends!

The food is quite affordable and delicious. Best burgers in town other than Languedoc downstairs. Its also a locals hangout place. Loved the music also.
