We get the run around every time we call in for a big order - always order at least 8 pizzas at a time. Ask for the manager and the person who answers the phone always says they are the manager, but has to check with another manager to get anything approved. We were offered a great deal the first time for discounted Roni & Cheese Pies - then when we called back in to order, the deal had changed and we had to order 6 Specialty Pizzas and they would comp two additional. Now, three weeks later we are ready to order another 8 pizzas and the "manager" says it was a one time offer and they cant do it again. I guess the free advertisement isnt worth a couple Pizzas. Ill just go back to Dominos and save $50 off the price of 8 pizzas there - too bad you guys couldnt afford to comp a Roni & a Cheese Pie. Needless to say - youve lost all of our business, and we also order individually at least 2 times a week. Thanks for nothing.

We are Portland Pie fans for sure, but our experience at this location was pretty disappointing. The 3 stars are because the food is consistent and it was nice for a group as far as space. The service was not great this particular night, they were not prepared for our reservation and they made no attempt to communicate the issues they were having - problems finding seating, having ANYONE come by to take drink orders (we had to go to the bar to order) or bring menus for dinner, and then the extremely long wait for our food to arrive. I understand things happen, but lack of communication from staff is unacceptable. I wouldnt likely return to this particular location.

After a 20 minute wait for our waitress, then an hour and 15 mintute wait for our food, which then lead to us waiting to get plates to eat the pizza on. I cannot sat that a lot of good things about this restaurant. It wasnt busy, just super slow. So $100 for pizzas with friends didnt seem at all worth it. I can say our friends that took us were really embarrassed and that the branch in Portland was never like this, bethere luck next time.

Absolutely embarrassed for this company. They can not even handle the concept of take out. After I waited an hour for my "30" minute quote it was still not ready. Another woman waited 45 minutes inside to find out the food was delivered to her house. Seriously? This place needs to figure their situation out. I will be informing people as well. Dont tell someone an hour wait for delivery and 30 for takeout. So angry with this place.

There is no excuse for Portland Pie, in one of the best craft brew States, to have such a poor collection of drafts available. Here in Biddeford Handed Horn is literally next door and they only have their pilsner on tap. Shipyard does not count as a decent brew. I consistently avoid Portland Pie because of their beer relationships. Their food is reasonably excellent.

The server took waaaaaayyyy too long (45 min) to get a pizza and a salad. We waited forever and she told us that it took that long because it was done a long time ago but the chef said the salad was not prepared to their standard so they remade all our food. Seriously? She forgot about us twice and even when we asked for the check that took another half hour. Ugh.

Food is great, was delivered earlier than quoted. My one complaint (and reason for the rating) is the food is so overpriced! A $"10" salad quickly becomes a 18 dollar salad. All because I added two toppings (seriously 1.00 for a handful of black olives?) especially since I removed two of their preset toppings. It was good but not $20 good.

It has been 2 hours, an we are still here, waiting for our two pizzas. I dont care how good it is. If I have to wait over 2 hours for pizza i might as well get dominons... Our server hasnt told us of any kitchen probems. Checked on us once and 2 hours. We have a 7 year old with us who is losing his mind.

Way overpriced! Service was awful and the food was terrible! Then gave them a 2nd chance by delivery instead. Same results except waited over an hour and it was cold. When I called in a complaint they hung up on me. I definitely dont recommend this place. Horrible experience both times!

Portland Pie has a lot of good pizza options. I like the different kinds of dough you can choose and they offer vegan cheese if you have someone in your party that may prefer that. They usually take a little longer than they say for take out, so I probably wouldnt rush to pick it up.

Very good upscale pizza and bar. Their main failing is delivery which, though offered, is very slow and disorganized. Plan ahead for parking due to its popularity. My family have given good reviews to the gluten free crust. Is recommend the basil.

Generally, I enjoy Portland Pie. The restaurant is pleasant and the staff is well prepared. Just dont order a thin crust pizza - it is over cooked. I have tried thin crust several times just to make sure it wasnt an off night. No such luck.

I have eaten at two locations and have enjoyed both food and service. The persons who had a bad experience were looking for one, by my opinion. Time of the wait is rewarded with a supiror product. I will be a continuing customer.

I am surprised the server even let this pizza out of the kitchen. It was about 90% grease and overcooked. There was barely any cheese on it and it tasted awful. Will not be returning, for 20$ Pappa Johns is a much better gig.

My husband and I had to wait 45 minutes for out food which made us late for out next engagement. At least our waitress wasnt rude like Ive seen in previous reviews. The food was not worth the wait or the price.

I love Portland Pie and this is my favorite location yet. The old mill environment is beautiful, the food and service are excellent and Banded Horn is right next door which is awesome too.
