Shittiest movie theater Ive ever been to in terms of service. When I walked up to purchase tickets, there was utter silence and look of judgment instead of words of welcome. I know people think its just superficial, but greetings and little things like "enjoy your show" make a huge difference. But of course this theater is manned by young millennials who have zero clue as to how to run a business so no surprises there. And of course, the manager was nowhere to be found. Actual theater is pretty small, with little more than a hundred seats each screen, Id estimate, with relatively clean seats. The one I sat in was missing an armrest cushion though. Kids were also running in and out throughout the movie and a family behind me was very talkative during the whole time as well. So not a very movie friendly crowd--not sure if thats a regular occurrence. Im most disappointed by the very rude and shoddy service by the staff at this location. Would give it negative stars if I could. Also the screen resolution isnt so great for 2016. My guess is that they are probably using outdated digital projectors.

The lobby, theater and bathrooms are all very clean. The gentleman who sold us our tickets was professional, the gentleman who took our tickets and directed us to our theater was kind and proficient. The voice was loud, the picture; clear, crisp and bright.The only thing I could possibly say derogatorily is that the floor was a little sticky on the way to our seats but it was probably from popcorn and I know they cant control everything, hence the 5 star rating.

the nachos were expensive, the seats are gross, we cant bring our bags?! or i couldnt anyways, this old couple brought in bags like how dare you?? i will sue you i want my money back?!! the food is expensive, your workers look like they want death like hannah baker who?! we excepted hannah to be here but she wasnt? i want my money back! oh and your ads were 4 extra minutes longer then they shouldve been.

Each time Ive been here the staff is super friendly and never rushes you. Its a small theater with limited concessions, screens and no real frills and some quirks (i.e.: the coffee is a wide selection of K-Cups with a Keurig you use yourself) but who cares? Im there for the movie and the seats are comfortable enough.

Seats are not very comfortable, often when we go the lobby floor is a disaster (covered in wrappers, popcorn bits of ticket stubs). I stepped in gum which was on the carpet once as well which was not ideal as I missed the beginning of the movie cleaning my shoe off the best I could in the bathroom.

Always clean, always has the latest movies. Not huge, which makes it so much nicer. Very modern, stadium seating. As an added bonus, if you remember the old Shipyard, they have a museum of sorts throughout, showing pictures of when it was flourishing. Adds an air of nostalgia.

My first choice to go see a movie for its sheer convenience. I usually wait until a movie has been out a couple weeks before I go see it so the theaters I sit in are 80% empty. Tuesday matinee prices are unbeatable!

I love that this theatre is still old school and you dont have to reserve seats to see a movie. Now a days you can see movies spontaneously because most theatres are sold out the day before. Keep up the good work.

I like this cinema because its small and never to busy, but the theaters are very messy with wrappers,food and drinks all over the floors, be sure to wear ur old sneakers there and enjoy! :)

Fantastic deals on Tuesday ($5 all day!) and while it is a simple theatre, not much flash or things like reclining seats and IMAX... it is a perfect venue with a family-run feel.
