I visited for the first time today with my wife and son (hes 5, so he stuck to his milk box). We had a delightful time, and I particularly enjoyed the extent to which the folks at Royal Rabbit explained everything. We met Roy, and he took a break from laying cobblestone to give a quick impromptu tour of the vines. We then headed inside to a really delightful tasting room, where we embarked on a broad survey of their available wines. The woman (Im sorry; weve forgotten your name) giving the tour went a bit off script, letting us taste a few wines that werent marked for tasting. Im glad she did, as we were able to enjoy a decent cross section of their offerings. We ended up buying an assortment of 6 bottles, but Im sure well be back later to try some of the others. All in all a wonderful visit!

Royal Rabbit was a pleasant surprise following our OK experience at Basignani. The small but Cozy appeal had instantly drawn us in. We knew that this place was going to be a great time from the beginning. The grounds are very well maintained, in addition to having splendid outside sitting area. This is paired with Bocce Ball and Cornhole for those interested. Our hostess, personality had us feeling at home in no time. Terry was warm, comforting, and extremely knowledgeable. She had that passion about wine we love seeing. The owner peaked in briefly and seemed like a nice person as well. Great wine selection, and for $24 dollars you get a tasting for 2 with a bottle of your choice and the glasses to keep. Great value, wine, and hospitality. Highly recommend.

Truly outstanding, complex dry reds and whites in an area known for sweet, fruit wines. Royal Rabbit is very sophisticated, and reasonably priced for the region. The indoor and outdoor areas are also very warm and accommodating. Its worth bringing a picnic with you to pair your wines (Roys an expert at pairing) and spend some time playing horseshoes, bocci, or bean bag toss outside or a unique board game inside.

Had a lovely first visit at Royal Rabbit today. It was a busy Saturday. We liked that you can sit at tables for the wine tasting. The owners were welcoming and knowledgeable. The tasting room was inviting. We enjoyed all of the wine and purchased several bottles. Our favorite was the traminett riesling blend. We recommend this winery and will return again.

A wonderful little winery to visit in attractive surroundings. The tasting room has comfortable seating inside, as well as outdoor seating with a lovely vineyard view. Great for a picnic! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And the wine is great! Featuring European style wines, there is something to suit everyones palate.

Wine was not on par with to surrounding wineries, but the chocolate was nicely done. The location had an odd smell (pets perhaps? Smelled similar to wet dog.....not so bad it affected our tasting strongly, but it was definitely unexpected)

This is a hidden gem. If youd like some great wine with a story and some refreshing country air at the same time give it a visit. The owner named Roy is very accommodating and loves to talk about his wine.

GREAT place to visit if you appreciate dry wines. Not your everyday, run-of-the-mill, French mockeries. This winery is doing some truly unique work.
