We liked the meads and liked the current tasting room; the new tasting room is currently being built and will improve the view and experience. I normally do not like meads, but these meads were the best that I have ever tasted. The owner Marzanna gave us an excellent and informative tasting; even sharing some extra hot meads. We bought the Scorpion Mead made with the Trinidad Scorpion pepper. They plan to stay a small boutique meadery, and their mead recipes will surely keep them in business.

Great service. Tasting is $7 plus small glasses included. We went post snow storm and they hadnt quite finished their new tasting room. They were also without actual wine temporarily. But the Mead was good and we tried a few extras not on the tasting. Shall update this next visit once they have opened the new area and snow is gone. Great views as well. Recommended for Mead drinkers.

Balanced and aged honey wines. Friendly owners. Big line up of spicy capsimels. If you get a chance talk to the mead maker to learn about how they make their mead. They just won another medal, gold this time, at the Mazer Cup International Mead Competition!

Stopped by today to sample some mead and bring home a bottle. I was not disappointed! Fantastic views & great mead. Whats not to love? Definitely will be back.
