We had a kids party at there with 10 kids for $195.00. Advertisment states 2 hours of bowling and party fun....pizza and soda. We got 1 hr of bowling on 2 lanes for the kids (normal game price is $25.00/lane /hour) and 1 !!! slice of pizza (a cheese pizza "team" size with 8 slices cost $14.00). For this 1 hour bowling we would have paid $195.40 instead of $64.00 plus unlimited soda (a $20.00 value at most). So I would have paid $110.00 for the 2nd hour just sitting around!?. I complained about this to the management and got 30min of additional bowling and a promise for a 2nd slice of pizza...which came at the very end when everybody was leaving. Advertisment and reality do not match and I think this price is a rip-off. Be sure you ask what you will get for your money! At least 2 hours of uninterrupted bowling and 2 slices of pizza/kid should be included. If they continue the current policy AMF will lose another customer.

Been a long time since Ive been back here but its still the go-to bowling alley in the surrounding cities ... unless you want to pay more for less lanes at Cinebistro. Saturday night was really hard to find a suitable bowling ball weight and finger size but we made due. Also, they ran out of size 9 mens shoes but also made due with a half size up. No technical errors at all, balls returned promptly, and pretty good music selection too. Bathrooms were eehhh but not terrible. Also, we had a waitress yet she seemed to be working alone on this crowded night so we only saw her once and had to finish all other transactions at the bar itself. Id still go back here rather than finding another, but those ball, shoe, and staff setbacks keep me from rightfully giving a 4 or higher today.

Classic bowling alley, alot of lanes, most of the video games in the arcade are out of order. They only had one guy working the check-in, check-out, phones, shoe rentals, and customer service desk, so for the simplest thing you had to wait 15-20 minutes. Food/beer was your average over priced attraction trap flare, so not great but not horrible. Our group of 15 had a lot of fun. There where a couple employees running around like made, setting up tables, cleaning, setting up bumpers, doing everything. The entire time I was there, these two girls never stopped running (and kept a smile while being friendly). I dont know what they are paid, but its not nearly enough.

Fun bowling, great discounts, cool staff, just a fun experience all around! Edit: this is 8 months after I originally posted this review as 5 stars. My original statement still stands TRUE, but, (look at pictures), really AMF??? Fix your fries, and I will raise this review and remove this edit. I love this place, but this is just trash food. Please fix it. -4/23/2017 The picture of the orange fries are the fries on the menu, which I ordered.the picture of the yellow fries are the fries that I got (yes, those are the correct fries.) Just pure soggy butter garlic. Yuck.

Went to the lanes early in the day. Was told to come back after 6:oo pm and bowling will be half price. Wanted to make a reservation was told no need, will be plenty available. Came back, the staff could not be bothered with our group. Was told no lanes, at least 6 were lit and open. No one on them. Staffer yelled wait list them. Walked away and left us standing. We thus left. Terrible customer service.

The alley was excellent despite going through renovation. It looks like it will be better than before. The employees were polite and willing to accommodate. It was clean and family friendly. Gave it for stars because of the renovation but will update once its complete. Looks like its under new management so previous reviews might be obsolete now.

The establishment is ok, but its not worth the hassle. If you are a league bowler they treat you like crap. All they care about is money. Leanne the GM doesnt care and will just blow you off if you make a complaint, and Mike at thr front counter is the epitamy of rude. They need to scrap them and get some decent people in there.

Four lanes available on a Tuesday night! ? You have 40 lanes!!! If you have events like two leagues planned put it on a calendar so other patrons can see it. I am here visiting. .. very disappointed and will never be returning here again. Learn to run a business!

Ordered Fries and Boneless Wings. Food was hot and fresh. What ruined the visit was bad customer service from the owner who rudely asked us to hurry up and play a game. Then the game timed out before we finished. We played one game and left.

I just found something in my long island iced tea and asked for a new one and they didnt give me another one and wanted to charge me for a new one. I thought that was super awesome of the lady and wanted everyone to know (:

Accidentally started a 3rd game and they made us pay another game for everyone even though we didnt play, making the bill 2x the price. Yorktown Lanes was a much better run bowling business and much more family friendly.

Great family atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent service! Knowledgable sales people at the pro shop with decent selection. Need to upgrade bumpers for individual player use, but otherwise highly recommended!

Bowling was fun, a little expensive, but fun. Beer was a bit off. I think they need to clean their lines. Had the DB lager and a Goose Island IPA and both were a little sour. Pizza was pretty good though.

Not a great experience. Staff was sarcastic and rude, made both me and my daughter feel uncomfortable. Price was way too high for what you get. We will not be going back to this bowling alley.

Tuesdays are the best time to come, open til 11pm but only $2.20 per person to bowl & rent shoes. So much fun!! The place looks nice too!!

Upgrades to the inside are nice but I miss the convenient rental ball locations of the old days. Fees for bowling are way over priced.

Nice bowling alley. We enjoy league night and always make new friends. Not 5 stars because the wait staff is not always on point.
