The staff are wonderful, helpful people. However weekday daytime management and ownership are unhelpful, rude, always preoccupied, and never concerned about the customers needs. The weekend and night supervisors are completely different. The restaurant and kitchen are filthy and I have often noticed pests i.e. rodents and roaches on multiple occasions. I go there solely for the video poker experience. The dark dismal atmosphere matches the music they play offering an definite and total escape from the rest of humanity. One plus is that they offer free alcohol from friendly attendant bartenders, except the often times management is too tied up, distracted, disoriented, unorganized, or otherwise apathetic to the customers experience to restock the bar. Even simple tasks such as getting a money order or getting change from the managers office is met with extreme reluctance, poor attitudes, and long wait times. How this place is still operating in the middle of nowhere is beyond me. I dont see their business lasting much longer surrounded by highly legitimate competition. I give zero stars to the daytime management and owners, and two stars for the weekend and nighttime supervision and the staff. One star overall
