Auburn Hills is a beautiful Golf Course with terrible customer service. My 79 year old grandfather is a an active senior who up until this past September enjoyed playing golf at this establishment each Wednesday with his league. Unfortunately after returning to his car on 9/17/16 he discovered that his vehicle had been vandalized by the tires being intentionally cut. This incident was brought to the attention of Michael Solomon who was spoken to by phone and also received the police report in person on 9/15/16. It’s very disappointing that it’s now 11/10/16 and my grandfather hasn’t received a phone call from anyone…so it makes me think…is Auburn Hills a safe place for seniors? Does Auburn Hills care about their members or is revenue their only concern? My grandfather is not only a senior but a United States Veteran, who deserves at least, a follow up call. Thumbs down for Auburn Hills.

First of all, the course is pretty nice. Unfortunately the rental carts are not so nice. My wife and I fell victim to the aging golf carts this weekend, when the golf carts straps loosened themselves and dumped one of our golf bags on two occasions. Both of our nice sets of clubs now have horrible scuffs and the club wouldnt offer to do anything for us (not even a free bucket of balls or free round). At least they wrote down which cart we used so they can fix the straps so this doesnt happen again... Shaking my head... UPDATE: I was contacted within a few days about this review. The city of Wichita contacted me, and compensated us with a round of golf and cart fees. Thanks!

Very challenging course. Not a great choice for beginners. Green complexes are large and have a lot of movement. Well maintained. Its walkable but the distance between green to tee can be long as it is a residential course. A must play if you enjoy a challenging course that rewards hitting the ball in a controlled manner as the secondary rough is very deep and is likely to result in a lost ball penalty if you hit into it.

A Private User

By far the nicest Muni course in Wichita and possibly the best course period. Attention to detail gives the player the idea youre playing at a private course you paid way more to be at, but you didnt. Worth the drive if youre an east sider like me. Mac is nice and equally challenging but this course and staff are great and if you think youre a low handicap then just try the blacks here and youll be humbled!

If I could rate this place zero stars, if I could. I was so happy at first to find a place for small wedding that fits with a tight budget. We were told one price. They even agreed to hold it for us. They called us back and told us it was triple the original price, I am so disappointed. What horrible customer service. F U

Unfortunately our golf experience was ruined by the grumpy old man working the counter who was generally unpleasant, condescending, and rude. Horrible customer service! I wont waste my time or money spent with a business that treats a customer so poorly.

Beautiful and challenging course. I like the mini hole off to the side of the driving range which is perfect for practicing chip shots and getting out of the sand. The new pro and everyone in the pro shop are awesome and always seem eager to help.

Absolutely wonderful, the facility is beautiful and the staff is just amazing. The course & driving range gives you the feeling of a private club but a public course environment. Just amazing place.

This is far and away the best public golf course youll find. Prices are reasonable and the course is interesting and challenging. The back nine is spread out so walking it can be a chore.
