My son and I went there and the desk personnel indicated that there was going to be a league activity that evening. There were a few leaguers beginning to come in and we were understandably placed at the far end of the building. I put on my rented shoes and immediately had to request a replacement since they were.... how to be nice.... unfit to be worn. I have bowled in league tournaments and understand that there is a big difference between an alley bowling ball and one that is custom drilled for you, but I am accustom to being able to find something that is properly drilled on the racks at any bowling center. Good luck here! By properly drilled I dont mean the fit between the thumb and fingers...although that seemed to be a problem too... I mean centered so that you dont have to aim at the 10 pin to hit the 7. The two in the entire center that I found that would fit me were grossly off center drilled. There was an ample selection to choose from and there were not a lot of people in the building yet, so I like to think that I am not simply using the sour grapes analogy when I say this. I paused for a few moments to watch some of the league players and it was obvious who had used something from the rack and who had their own equipment. Bring your own if you go here... The lanes themselves were in good condition and I would like to try again with my own equipment some day, perhaps after they finish their construction/renovation.

We showed up a little after 5, with 5 children and a couple of adults. The place was virtually empty. They told us they could not accommodate our party till 6pm. We took the kids to play with the arcade. At about 10 till 6pm there were still only 3 lanes being used of the 70, we asked again can we please play... "No, sorry ; leagues start at 6pm." How are they going to accommodate our party when they expect the lanes to fill with players at 6pm? Nice place, clearly bad management, and very poor customer service. These kids would or could have been done before 6pm had they given us the option to speed play. Bet we dont come back anytime soon, and well be sure to tell everyone how bad the service was. On the upside the kids pounded on the games more than we pumped money into them, the 4 people sitting in the Game Center were too busy playing tricks on one another to notice us anyways. Thumbs down

We went today (11/11/16) at 4pm to be told that there were no lanes available until 9pm. There were about 50 lanes open with nobody playing. The man at the counter explained that they were reserved for a league that started at 5:30. When I asked why we wouldnt be able to fit in a quick game the man said in a very rude tone, "Thats how it is every Friday." I explained that online it showed open lanes available. He didnt even respond to me and just looked down at the computer in an attempt to ignore me. My 2 and 3 year old were very disappointed because they had waited all week to go bowling. We decided to at least get in some video games but that experience wasnt much better. There were broken games and nobody was at the redemption counter. Actually, the lights were completely out in the redemption counter. We had to hunt someone down to get our kids toys. It was not a good experience at all.

Very fun time, the three stars is for the staff, that was really nice, helpful and courteous. The cafe, food not bad, not bad at all, (the cafe is the reason of the two minus stars). Food.. way.. to high.. way.. too much, the drinks were even high, (no refils). Thats a big turn off, six wings for $8.69 (come on).. twelve wings, for $16.99 they are not BW3 there is no reason why they should be that expensive; burgers were (lol).. $9.99 and up, like one burger was $13.99 (I mean thats a joke, now the food wasnt bad, but it wasnt that good either).

Horrible experience. Went there to play with my nieces. I have been here before and had a blast with kids. Today not so much. My young nieces wanted something from the arcade store and they were closing. The lady was so rude people were playing but refused to sell us the cards or let us purchase anything from the store. I was so hurt bc my niece started crying. Atleast have some sympathy for the little children. Let me pay for it and let them have what they want. Horrible experience.

We reserved 2 lanes at the bowling alley for a birthday party for our daughter. Our reservation was for 2 hours. We were in the bowling lanes area enjoying the birthday cake. In the meantime, half an hour before the end of our reserved time, another group moved into our space, displacing the clothes and shoes of our guests. Our complains to the host and the management were met with a muted response; "it happens", the manager said. I doubt Ill ever again go to this establishment.

Had a fantastic time here. They have a 21 and over section that they put our group in without asking, and it was incredible, especially because there were dozens and dozens of loud children (having a good time) there, and were nicely isolated from them. They sell beer and food, and the whole bowling experience from the scoring system they use to the speed of ball return is wonderful.

Woodland has just remodeled a bunch of their building and it shows, this place is super clean and bright. We recently went for a work outing and they handled our party of about 50 people easily and provided drinks and snacks for us. I look forward to bringing my family sometime soon, definitely a cheap and fun way to get out of the house for a little entertainment.

Its clean and although my get super busy they keep good track of waiting list and asking about parties age to see if they can get you in sooner by putting you in over 21 section. I do wish the pro shop had better hours and the dinner was managed as well as front desk. But overall its the place I always return to! Love having the mini golf in the summer too!

Whoever runs this place needs a remedial course on basic capitalism. Weve dropped by at various times of the day (weekday afternoon, Saturday morning, etc) and, even though there are 15-20 open lanes, they tell you they dont have any lanes. The cherry on top is the super rude people at the counter. Dont waste your time at Woodland Bowl.

Customer service people are rude and untrained. Half the lanes were not being used out of 70 and they told us there were no lanes available. Blake told us there is "no wait on the waiting list if you want to be added"......what the heck does that mean....I have to wait to not bowl on open lanes?

Cool bowling alley complete with laser bowl, a special bar area with its own dedicated lanes, and other specialty events that transform it from a bowling alley into an all-around entertainment experience. Fun for everyone ... and also a great place to rent for group / work gatherings.

Nice place with laser tag as well, which was really fun go play that if you visit this place, bowling was nice too compared to the night being busy I think help came to us quickly when something messed up in our thingy, theres themes for the screen too and you can edit the scores!!!
