I rarely give poor reviews anywhere, but have had 3 poor experiences at hi way lanes in the last month. We will not be returning. 1- we were told completely wrong information about cosmic bowling. 2- were treated very rudely on another visit when someone needed to switch shoe sizes. 3- once again told completely wrong info. Was told that Sundays are open bowling and no reservations required- and checked online to confirm. Went to bowl (had family meeting there from quite a distance away)...just to be turned away because of an event later in the day. Tons of open lanes available. Went back by 1.5 hours later- still not busy. Extremely disappointed and will not return. This use to be our favorite alley to go to..sad how much it has changed.

the owner gave us a deal, but when we put 20 bucks in the juke box when they turn it down we ask for out money back. The owner then said why and then gave us our money back but then told us the free drinks we got for the day was no longer valid. The played their music loud but if anyone else played music it was turned down. Just active duty soldiers here for a week and we decided to cool down and play bowling but they didnt like us and was racist towards the minorities in our group.. Will never come back even if paid.....

It isnt a top of the mill place in terms of the latest and greatest this and that, some lanes are a bit more trouble than others, however, the place is run by some wonderful people. Ive been so delighted to see their willingness to forgive lane troubles, to be welcoming and to make it a joy to be there. Theyve shown to me numerous times a commitment to make it a pleasant experience that youll want to return to. I will continue to come back and enjoy my time there. Thank you

We had our sons birthday party at Hi-Way Lanes this year. It was a very good value and the kids had a great time. I was even able to bring in homemade cake and ice cream to go along with the provided pizza and pop. The staff was very patient with our group of kids--including dealing with several shoe size exchanges and a ball that got stuck partway down the lane. They often have specials and participate in the Kids Bowl Free program every summer.

Just went today with my two girls, ages 9 and 11. This is an awesome place with a real family vibe going on, but also had lots of younger people on dates (high school, college, etc.). Extremely friendly staff. They also have a pool room with four tables, and I have to agree that their pub food is super seriously good. Couldnt recommend this place enough, drove 30 minutes to check it out, will definitely be returning quite a bit!

I have been here a handful of times and each and ever time I have had an enjoyable experience. Very family oriented and fun atmosphere. The food at the sports bar is excellent and they prepare it safely and properly with no fear of getting sick form it. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some fun!

We have been long time customers of hi way lanes but due to poor equipment, being repeatedly told incorrect league information, and being treated poorly by staff (I can understand having a bad day, but dont repeatedly take it out on your customers), we are not going to spend our money on this place anymore.

BEST BOWLING ALLEY EVER!!!!! Fun place to bowl, they keep on maintenance on the lanes, staff are great. They are very respectful. Food is good too. Best pro shop, Dean is the man to go too for your bowling needs, very reasonable prices on games, got pool room and a few arcade games

I brought a family of 9 kids with me on a Saturday night. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and arranged for two lanes side-by-side which was nothing short of a small miracle as they were packed with patrons. A great time was had by all--thank you Hi-Way!

The bowling the food and the drinks are absolutely wonderful. Would be 5 stars if two things were fixed. One being as most places should be its not vape friendly. No one likes having to go outside in the wintertime for a smoke. Two being new pool sticks. Invest. Invest A LOT.

My husband and I love Hi-Way Lanes. Awesome service, great pro shop manager and the lessons by Dan Reed have improved my game from 100 to 238. 5 star service and they are always aiming to please. Best burgers and fries in Indiana. Everyone knows your name!

It was okay. The bartender was very unpleasant though. Instead of politely asking my husband to take his dip out he chose to be hateful and tell him he was to remove it immediately or leave (after just spending over $15 on drinks).

A great establishment and a hidden gem in Franklin! The bowling alley is always clean, the staff is courteous and the prices are great! It is a real treat that Franklin has such a nice place to go to!

HiWay lanes has a really fun atmosphere. The crew there is fun & friendly. The place is very clean. Really good prices. Only complaint I have is the food, it wasnt anything special but no biggie.

You can bowl here for cheap. Lanes arent that great. Several times the pins would already be down. Staff wasnt overly friendly or remotely helpful when we complained about the pins.

A great place to relax and meet new people. The lanes are taken care of and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is top notch also, especially the double cheese burgers.
