I threw my son a birthday party there and took advantage of their buy one get one half off offer for unlimited rides wristbands. Was a bit upset to find out a couple of rides werent exactly unlimited" but I will still give them 5 starts due to their service. #1) Food was made in a timely manner and as expected. #2) while short staffed (since it was a Tuesday and this was not a party we called ahead for) the workers at the rides were very nice, patient and worked well with the kids to make sure they all got to go on the all the rides. Also, most importantly, I lost my wallet and did not realize it until I got home. I called the facility and talked to the manager. He looked everywhere while I stayed on hold to see if he found it. He came back to the phone with no avail, but asked at exactly what rides/games I was by, so he can look again!!! I told him and after 10 mins he located my wallet and held it for my fiance to go pick it up. This person went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and I greatly appreciate it. and that is why even tho the rides were not unlimited (it was 2 rides for a certain roller coaster) I will be coming back and recommending this place to my friends... Also I should mention that my son and ALL his friends had an awesome time :)

Prior to going I read some reviews. Based on what I read, I almost made a u-turn and went somewhere else instead. I decided to give it a chance and check it out for myself. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The place was pretty clean and very spacious. The have stuff for all ages. The food wasnt the greatest but I have had way worse. The pizza was actually pretty descent. The customer service wasnt the best, but then again what do you expect from a bunch of dumb teenagers who probably hate their jobs. A little pricier than the place with the big rat, who by the way has way crappier food and pizza. Overall the place was descent and I will more than likely go back another day. We spent $120 for a family of six for wristbands, games and food, and we had leftovers.

Major rip off. They charge $1.00 a game on most of them, the rest is .75 a game. The rides are over priced and you dont win many tickets at all. The staff is rude, I had to go and tell them my food was ready which I broke up their o so important conversation and when the girl went to get my food she turned around and started arguing with another employee! Cant Just serve me my food which paid her and the other employee for a hour so yea I have a reason to be annoyed! $21.00 in food and I had to go and tell them when it was ready, $7.35 for 2 people to ride the coaster and $20.00 in games to win 300 tickets to get a whoopie cushion that had a hole in it. Ill stick to Haunted Trails thanks. Big rip off.

This place is good only if your child is 42" otherwise they are too short or too tall, you pay $20 for a unlimited wristband to 5 games and out of the 5 games my 4 year old was able to ride 2 and get into the jumgle gym but my 10 and 11 year old were only allowed on 2 of the unlimited and 1 of the 2 ride games because they were too tall for the rest of the games. I guess thats how they scam you into then buying game cards to okay the arcades that dont work or give you the tokens you have won. Lets not even talk about the lack of costumer service! This was my first time here and it will also be my last, I basically threw $100 to the trash!

Not only were they understaffed, but the employees there were inattentive, unfriendly, and unaccommodating. They had made an announcement at 9:40 they were closing all rides in 5 minutes, so I immediately went to the counter to purchase one last ride for my boyfriends younger brothers birthday...I stood at an empty counter for 5 minutes, scanning around for an employee, until someone came up; when I explained the situation, they informed me they had already turned it off when they had made the announcement. Extremely disappointed and Im never coming back.

Once I called to order food, the man that picked up the phone said they didnt take orders over the phone, even though the website said they did, and Ive done it before. That just goes to show the type of people they having running there establishment. Also, many times when I have been there for birthday parties and such the people at the front counter were incredibly rude. Also just a bit over priced, Enchanted Castle is nicer, the machines always work and its cleaner.

Kids love the rides but parents hated the service. Your party comes with a "hostess", I think not! I was my own hostess and served throughout the whole party. Unfortunately I did not feel taken care of at all and did not get to enjoy as much as I would hope. Also the website clearly states no gratuity is charged to to your party, LIE! I was charged anyways. When I asked why, they explained that I was should have been informed over the phone. Absolutely terrible.

Worst place to throw a party ever!very crowded and once we got to our party room it was the size of a cracker box there was no space to move!the host was rude and rush through everything for 260 I didnt even have the party room for a full 2 hours!also I had to pay for two wrist bands for children who were under 2.Most of the games werent working and had to wait in line a half an hour to count ticket!NEVER BOOK A PARTY WITH THIS PLACE!!

Illinois best indoor theme park. The Tiger Terror roller coaster has some great forces; very fast and fun ride! The park also has a full size tilt-a-whirl, bumper cars, a bowling alley, and a roller coaster simulator that goes upside-down. For the little kids, they have a frog hopper ride, a merry-go-round, miniature go-karts, and a nice big playground. The food was ok, but there is s Portillos in the parking lot :D

very rude manager.... no customer service at all.. i put a 10 dollar bill and nothing came out, and the manager was rude enough to tell me that she will only refund 5 dollars... hello! there is something wrong with ur stupid machine not my 10 dollar bill. its like telling the customer u are lying!!!!!!!! never going to this place again! some of the machines were not even working! and its over priced too

Staff was excellent. Buy one get half off wristband great way to go during weekdays, just be sure you understand certain rides (roller coaster, go karts & more) are NOT unlimited. Do NOT try the motion simulator, it is not for kids or those faint of heart, but be sure to ask staff to substitute your ride on it for the cool coaster. Everyone there was excellent, especially the front desk.

Ridiculous rip off. Now that tickets dont print they supposedly go back on your card. Bull. I watched my daughter earn numerous tickets and 15 showed on her card. Staff was useless after I explained this. The man at the front looked at me like I was lying. Not only that you have to track people down to get on any rides, half the time they walk by like they didnt see you.
