Id like to first state the horrendous customer service that I received while staying at the A center. The workers were all slacking off and extremely rude to me when I had a problem. The pricing is over the top and the room was definitely not worth the money. The food in general was bland, I myself could cook something better than what they offered. The pricing was insane again for such a terrible meal and all in all was not worth it. Lastly my daughter got her favorite stuffed animal from her childhood taken with the sheets and I still havent heard word from them about that even though its been almost 2 months since. Tldr; Absolutely terrible customer service, the food was dry, and I had a very unpleasant situation with my daughters lost childhood stuffed animals.

Nice large campus with sports fields/courts and a 24 hour gym. The food is buffet style and was decent. The rooms are like if you cut a standard hotel room in half. The shower gets cramped and Im not a large person. Twin size bed. Game room has pool ping pong and foosball. Friendly helpful staff. The pub was a good hoppin spot with karaoke. $5.50 a draft. $3 mystery shots. Nice conference rooms and class rooms. Its not exactly a luxury place so it gets 4 stars but given its purpose for business conferences or training it certainly satisfies.

Q Center is a large facility that is placed on beautiful acreage. It excels as a location for both large corporate training and smaller business meetings and trainings. The food is great and the menu is diverse. The rooms are small and designed for single occupancy. Designed as to be more utilitarian than for lesure, the dormitories give off a slight The Shining vibe. The QC center fills its niche as a perfect location for training seminars to be held by providing a helpful and welcoming staff, great food options, and a large clean facility.

Fantastic experience. While I didnt enjoy the food, I personally think that was because it didnt fit my pallet. Swordfish and roasted duck was dinner and u tried it but wasnt feeling it. Other than that they have a bistro that sells food which gave me one of the best burgers Ive had in a while so they got all you need. Sports places, game room, everything. Only thing turned me off, my room was a little cold and the directions posted in the place are limited (but theres employees everywhere willing to help).

A great training location to stay at. The staff: - is helpful and friendly. The food: - meat is almost always cooked excellently - Tons of fresh fruits - pasta not very good The campus: - beautiful area with a river, town, and other attractions nearby. - bikes, running paths, volleyball, Frisbee golf, and basketball provide opportunity for exercise. -game room by main dining hall has pool, pimg pong, and foosball Other - free laundry - ask for an hdmi cable from tech or front desk before 5

The Q Center is our companys location for technical trainings. Its a centralized campus that includes classes and dorm style rooms, and theres also cafeterias and lounges on site. As a result, its easy to focus on learning without distraction. There are a few drawbacks. The Q Center rooms are very surprisingly small. Additionally, cell reception is spotty, although there has been some improvement in the past few years. Overall, however, it is an effective training facility.

The Q center is a very interesting and comfortable facility at which to have a conference. The best part about it is that it is secluded and self-contained so you can concentrate on what you are there for. They always seem to have plenty of food and other things you might need. The rooms are very small but comfortable. I didnt have enough time to do much outside of the room when I was there but it seems like there are other things to do also.

I was there for the FNP Immersion Weekend with Chamberlain College of Nursing and the place is nice. I was satisfied with the room which are dorm-like -- it was only myself so the room served its purpose for my stay. The bed was comfy and the decor was updated. Coffee maker in the room. There is a fitness center, bar, and many cozy places to sit/chat/study with your friends. The food was excellent! Thank you for a great stay.

Have been to the Q Center on multiple occasions. Staff is always very polite. Guest Rooms are small but serve the purpose of the events I attend (typically work seminars). Food is usually decent. Conference rooms are spacious and kept cool throughout the day. Plenty of things to do at and around the location at night.

I attended a formal event at the Q center of St. Charles recently, and i had a wonderful experience! The staff was amazing, the ballroom we were in was stunning, and the food was great! There was a slight issue with my seating but the staff fixed it immediately! The rest of the night was without problems!

Came here for a company training and had a wonderful time! Food is fairly decent (and plentiful) and the installations are generally top notch. Its somewhat far from Chicago though, so dont expect to be able to go out in town at night... (there are some bars on campus, which are just fine)

We were at the Community Crisis Center dinner in banquet hall. I helped set up the checkout computers and the tables with the power cords were set up making our job fast & easy. The event went off without a hitch. All areas were very clean & first rate. Always a pleasure to come there!

Attended a social event at the Q Center. The staff was very attentive and the environment was decorated appropriate for the night. Food was just OK. Its hard to prepare steak for 400 people. The dessert was inferior for the event that was held.

Most of the rooms and small, but thats understandable to fit a large amount of people attending trainings, which is typically for this facility. The service is mostly great and the rooms are well kept. Food could use significant improvement.

The grounds were beautiful and I attended a fundraising event which used the entire ballroom and surrounding rooms. The room was very large, but with excellent audio visual support. The food was top notch! I would definitely go there again.

Not too bad for a professional learning environment. Food gets a bit of after a couple of days but still decent considering the circumstances. Rooms are tiny but theres enough to do that you dont need to hang out in your room at all.

I usually attend corporate trainings at this campus. Its somewhat of an old building but they have a nice staff and the food is pretty good! Serves its purposes. Rooms can feel somewhat cruise-ship like though.
