Just went to the Willie Nelson concert on 6/25/16. The performers were great. The first row of seats in the sitting section are not good when the standing room only area s full as you cant see. There is a walkway in between and people are always trying to stand in the walkway even thought they are not supposed to. Outside of 1 younger guy, all the rest of the security guys in the red shirts are a joke. One guy did nothing but hit on the girls and take photos of the concert. There was one guy in a red bandana that when we asked if there was something he could do to get the people out of the walkway he just shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. The other security guys would look at the people in the walkway and just keep walking doing nothing. The one guy that was doing his job was doing a great job getting people out of the walkway and even telling the other security jobs what they needed to do but the other guys were useless. A couple just seemed to be walking around like he has no idea what his purpose was. I highly recommend evaluating the security guys in the red shirts and getting rid of most of them and replacing them with people that would actually do their jobs.

Based on all of the great reviews I took a chance and was glad I did. Just took the family to see KISS and was amazed at the seats we were able to get. This was a general admission show and we simply grabbed our bag chairs, got there about an hour before the show open which allowed us the pre screen at gate 4, and about an hour later we were about 25 yards away from the stage. Great venue and sound. The food and drinks were reasonable especially based on the fact you can bring your own water and food if you want which many people did. If you didnt choose to bring a chair they had lawn seats. For those who wanted a closer experience and brought a chair, they have a decent system for set up. On the concrete by the stage they have painted lines which corresponds with where you should place the back legs of your lawn chair. When everyone does this , it creates nice clean rows that allow people to move in and out during the show.

You truly need to accommodate BETTER for larger crowds. Ive heard of this from others but actually dealt with it last night. It was hard to hear in the back and you need MORE SCREENS FOR VIEWING. We all should be able to see and hear who we bought a ticket to see and hear. People were walking by us saying, wow you cant hear back here. I will say the shuttle was a great idea very well organized and both our drivers were very pleasant. I hope you consider my views we see Kiss next month and I hope we dont get stuck in the back

Im literally waiting here for the first act now. Its 7pm and they were supposed to start at 4:30pm with John B. All the signs and online said we can bring an non-alcoholic sealed drinks. We brought unopened water and had to dump it at the gate then wait almost 3 hours in almost 90 degree weather for John B. This is unacceptable! We had VIP tickets and still had to bring chairs and spend extra money just to keep hydrated. Wont come to this venue again!

Venimos al festival en Aurora donde se presentaria Alacranes Musical, pero llego aviso de torments con fuerte vientos y por el momento se cancelo mientras pasa la tormenta, mientras nos fuimos a los carros.!!

Second concert here. This place is amazing! I dont know how they manage to get these artists but as long as they keep it up I will keep coming back. Weird Al was my first concert here. KISS being the second and best concert Ive ever been to. Just amazing.

Muy bonito parque, excelentes eventos familiares, sólo que no cuenta con un estacionamiento propio, y eso es un problema! !

Great "mid-level" venue. The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars,is because of the lack of restrooms. There needs to be at least 2 more restroom buildings on the west side, near the river.Patrons seated there must walk too far,and hence, interrupt the show.

Saw "Blues on the Fox River" their. Awesome venue. Managed a little too Gestapo though. Almost a body cavity search at the gate. Pleanty of security, with police all over. Good food and drink choices. Close parking. Overall,.a very good venue.

Great music, decent food- priced well. Family friendly, picnic friendly, smaller outdoor venue, clean, dont care for portable toilets, however they were "clean". Latino Music Festival...KISS is coming! Most concerts are under $40. Not KISS.

I love going here for concerts! River Edge really does a great job all around, from parking, to keeping the venue clean and organized. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great outdoor music venue!

Beautiful park with lots if sitting areas perfectly placed along the walking paths over looking the river. A biking path runs through it, it is steps from the round house and metra, and a great band shell.

Parking seems a little challenging, I recommend taking the metra if you can. Really cool venue, seems like most people get a good view of the stage. Love how it is right along the river.

Great venue. Music sounded great just wish they "policed" it better. By the end of the night it was way to crowded. everyone was sitting everywhere including the walk ways.

RiverEdge is a very nice, very clean outdoor venue right on the river in downtown Aurora with reasonably priced parking right across the street

Nice and convenient place to catch a show. The train station takes you right to the end at Aurora and Riveredge is located across the street.

Poor customer service. Inefficient food service for crowd size. No synergy between staff. They did not honor the rules posted on website.
