I have been a fan of Stephen Stills....well since my Woodstock Days. Ive seen CSN numerous times over the years. The Rides were at North Shore Center last week...a show that I was very much looking forward to. While the performers were as good as advertised, I have never been to a show with such a horrible sound system. Either the system is just bad, or the control board operator needs to go back to school...but either way, it was an echo chamber. The only clear sound came from Kenny Wayne Shepherds guitar. Stills solo guitar work was half as loud as his partners as were his vocals. Even the audience complained while the show was going on. Unless the system is improved, I wont be going back to this place. For the high cost of our tickets, it was a big letdown!

Worst box office service. Called up to enquire about tickets and how to pick it up. The lady who answered was really rude. I asked if my toddler and infant needed a ticket, she said bluntly that everything entering the theatre need a ticket and dont care even if it is an infant! The website had no information on child ticket and only offered adult tickets. Just going by the website if I wouldnt buy tickets for kids they would be thrown out? Fix your website and stop imagining that people would assume the kids need an adult ticket and buy them! What a rip off.. I dont even pay an entry fee at Disney world for my toddler, and these people expect an adult charge!

The ambiance is reminiscent of a multi-purpose hall in the country. The size of the theater is appropriate, appears smaller than it actually is due to use of balconies. But there is no intimate atmosphere there. The point that irritates me most: too warm in winter, way too cold with drafty air condition during warm season.

While I have seen a few shows here and have enjoyed myself, the marker location is incorrect! It should be just south of Golf, not at Old Orchard Rd. The address is right; type the address into gmaps and it shows where the marker should be. Ive reported the problem. Just a heads-up, though.

This place is absolutely fabulous. Its located next to a hotel so the parking was slightly confusing. Overall the place is huge and so elegant. Definitely worth a trip if youre in the area

Small Theater, great sound, cozy atmosphere. Basically all seats would give you a good view of the stage. I just wished they were a little bit more comfortable.

Great space! I only ever go here for special events, nothing to do with the theater, but every visit is special and memorable. Additional thanks to the parking guys.

Nice place but they dont have coat checks. Everybody was supposed to take their costs to a music-hall and it was winter...
