ABSOLUTE 0 on customer service. Please read on! We stopped by this establishment last night for a few drinks and some ping pong. While playing ping pong we were greeted by a very nice taller bartender in the cellar. While serving us one of our friends asked the bartender to make a cool strong drink. I reminded my friends that they were known for their punch bowls even though we didnt see any drink menus. The bartender makes us this punch bowl which was pretty good (tasted a lot like a fruity juicy drink). We ordered 2 more not really thinking about it. Long story short. We get our tab at the end of the night and those 3 bowls alone made around $210 of the bill. YEA $210!!! At this time there was a bartender shift change and he was replaced with a shorter shaggy haired bartender. We brought our concern to this bartender letting him know if someone told us the bowls were about $70 a piece there is no way we would have bought 2 more. INSANE! The new bartender wanted nothing to do with helping us so we asked for a manager. This heavier set guy with a tattoo sleeve came down and was no help AT ALL. I told him I dont mind paying for the first bowl but can you tell us the bowl was around $70? Trust me if we knew we wouldnt have bought 2 more. Also there were 4 of us drinking out of them. You would think around $210 in booze would have us at least buzzing but nope nothing. The manager says I cant do nothing for because the booze was drank. I ran a bar for 10 years and trust me that is not what you are taught when it comes to customer service. The concept is cool, the drinks are ok, the food is good but the customer servers is TERRIBLE. If there was a 0 star I would have given them a 0! If the owner or GM wants to contact me to go over details please feel free to reach me.

DEAD FRUIT FLIES IN MY WINE: I would NOT recommend this place. The games are fun downstairs (although I could see it being obnoxious and crowded on a night thats not mostly dead), and they are rather overpriced. Whatever you do - DO NOT go here for dinner. The menu is terrible, and as adventurous as I am as an eater there was nothing there to tempt me. The poutine was the worst Ive had too salty by far. My sandwich was just okay and over priced. THE WORST PART though was that I ordered a glass of house red wine to go with my meal. I had previously ordered the traditional 6 dollar punch which wasnt very good. I took a sip of my wine and realized something was in my mouth. When I spit it out I realized it was a DEAD FRUIT FLY. I looked in my glass and there must have been at least 10 - 15 DEAD FRUIT FLIES FLOATING IN MY WINE. It is the most disgusting experience Ive had at a restaurant. I didnt want to make a scene because it was my friends birthday, so I discretely told the waiter, who offered to get me another glass of wine (which I DID NOT want) and I asked for another gross 6 dollar punch. You would think that knowing that I had had a dead bug in my mouth that the waiter would have thought to have sent a manager over to check on me, or in the very least that he would have comped me my 2nd drink. He did neither. Service was slow, our table was too small for our party and, and the waiter never took our menus so we ended up having to move them ourselves to another table, plus on top of being elbow to elbow the appetizer plates were never cleared. DON"T GO HERE. Pinstripes and Level 257 are right around the corner from here - both have great food, better customer service (never had a bug in my wine), and even though just as pricey - you get much better quality.

We came here seeing the decently priced food and different things they had to do. My husband and I thought it would be fun to come and bowl a few games. I wish we turned around when we had the chance. After we were carded by the bouncer, the atmosphere felt unsettling. From the bouncer asking us what were there for to the bartender sitting with the bouncer looking at us funny. Yes we are an interracial couple..is that a problem? But after giving our orders, I felt a little more at ease. We were having a nice night talking and eating but I felt a bit dizzy from two cocktails. So after paying our meal I forgot to tip the bartender. He was so rude about it. I thought I left him something but I guess I should have looked twice. He yelled at us as we were walking out asking if he gave a good service. And he did! I didnt catch on until I looked down and saw I was holding his tip. So I gave the money to my husband and before I said a word, the bartender goes thanks buddy, I dont work for free. Then started to say how he made me two cocktails and had the nerve to walk out without tipping him...I just walked out appalled. Didnt he see me give my husband the tip?! He just assumed I left without giving him anything! The bedside manner at 11pm seriously needs work. I will take a bit of the blame but that was totally uncalled for. I will not be coming here again! If I could turn back time, I would have ripped my money from his unprofessional little hands.

I came here after reading some of the reviews and I should have listened to the bad ones. I give this place two stars because the food was good but very limited with the menu after a certain time (Came in around 10pm and they were only serving the happy hour menu). The place was empty for any bar I seen on a late night but, I heard it was relativity new so, I gave it a pass. There was a couple of guys looking at each other before one approached me to see my ID and then gave me seat at the bar. Should have been a red flag. The customer service sucks in this place ( from the bartender ignoring you for a long period of time then expecting a tip (keep dreaming pal) to the long wait times to be seated or even ASKED about what you want to order). The only redeeming quality of this place are the games, if that. I wont be coming here again and I will be telling my friends to stay away from this overly priced barren wasteland.

This was honestly the worst experence Ive had at a night life establishment. We had a party of ten there on a Saturday night. Bad food. Slow service. And bad attitudes from all the staff. We tried bowling and they refused to let us bowl even though we tried reserving the lanes ahead of time. They gave it to another party who had even less people than we did. The bar tender rolled his eyes when we ordered our drinks he IDed several of us twice even though we had just ordered drinks from him 5 minutes before that. Over priced garbage establishment. I would ask for a refund but I feel like they would take too much of my time getting it to me. Go somewhere else. The only positive was our server apologized for the slow service.
