Absolutely terrible customer service. Called a week ago for my daughters birthday party for 20+ people and when we arrived they never saved any lanes for us. The only bartender was slow as can be and left you sitting waiting all the time. Also surprised us with saying we could only bowl till 530 when the party started at 4 because they had leagues that they never told me about when i planned the party, then come to find out from the league bowlers that they use all but 5 lanes. They kicked us off, but while we were still sitting there let another person open bowl. We had people and kids drive from milwaukee to be there only to not be able to bowl because they never told us about league. My grandparents tournament is now run there yearly...what a shame because i will never give them service again.

An okay bowling place, but its pretty outdated. And there was vomit on the carpet steps outside when we got there (day after St Pattys).
