This place is awesome just came in from out of town, and brother was like lets go bowling. I was like where he said remember that place when we in high school. I wasnt to happy back then. He said a lot has changed since then. When I walked the in the alley I was very AMAZED and was like WOW. This place so bright and inviting. As soon as we walked in you had employees greeting with smiles. Another thing I liked was the bar very clean great place to socialized while waiting on other friends. The prices were great the have deals for everyday of the week. Had a Great time. I WILL BE COMING BACK. GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. KIDS ANX ADULTS WOULD LOVE. WD DID!!!

The wife and I were at the lanes today in the early afternoon. The place was almost empty. I can see why. It costs a senior $4.29 per game in the early afternoon, $6.00 a line later on. The employees are not friendly. The place is not clean, there was food laying around and the floor was sticky. We were thinking of taking our grandchildren, but wont because of the excessive price. It is our last time for this place!!!

Typical bowling alley. Lots of lanes and pretty good deals throughout the week. My main gripe would be that they use the "cosmic bowling" too much. I like bowling just as bowling. We went for the Sunday morning special and the cosmic lights were turned on and the regular lights off before the special even ended, so we had to finish our last game or two in the laser-light show, which is not our preference.

Ok, I agree, they upgraded and it looks good. There are still many issues. Last year my new hammer was damaged and pro shop had to drill and plug it. This year my dads ball was damaged. There are many ball return and other mechanical issues. Score is also not always correct. Knock down 8 pins and registers 9, etc. I am a league bowler here and want to continue bowling here, but maintenance needs to improve.

Have been bowling league here on Wednesday nights for the past year now. I love the center, nice friendly staff, and I never encounter lane problems. They just recently remodeled all of their tables and monitors and it looks amazing. Glad to see there are companies out there willing to fork out some money to better there establishments for the better of the customer experience.

We just celebrated my little sisters birthday party here and we had an amazing time!!! Food was great very nice friendly staff and the party package we were recommended by the party planing team was on point very happy with the full service delicious food and friendly staff will definitely be back and book more event here

The employees are clueless. The bowler area is usually messy and sticky. They treat league bowlers like crap. The GM is not fit to run the place The Bartender Matt and Gina are the best thing about the place. And so is Sue. This place is slowly on the decline, hopefully they pull their heads out of their butts soon.

The staff is friendly. They work hard to make their customers happy and do their best to create a great experience. I bowl here and so do my children. We wouldnt dream of bowling anywhere else. The leagues are great! Pro Shop is great! Youth bowling instruction is very well done. Love BZ Niles!

The place is terrible the lanes are nothing special, the food is horrible but the people are down right rude at the desk our lane completely froze stopped working and when I asked for a refund for a game, that we didnt play, I got attitude! Seriously! Im done with this place!

Purchased a ball and had it drilled and am very happy with it. Was referred to Rich in the pro shop from a well informed bowler I know and it was great getting pointed in the right direction. I will definitely use them again anytime I have a need for my bowling equipment.

So slow... When this place is crowded, it takes forever for the staff to accommodate you. I do not appreciate the fact that even if you call in the "local" phone number, some other location answers, and they are unable to provide you with the right phone number.

We met some friends with kids here on Saturday who had a game already in progress. Place seemed clean, and fairly well organized. Spent most of our time playing in the Arcade. Games stole our $$ and there was staff on hand to address it.

It is a fun place to take your kids for birthday parties, special events, or just to hang out. There are mehanical rides, video games, laser tag, and bowling. The staff there is very kid-friendly. You will not regeret your experience.

This bowling alley has fallen apart the food bar has gotten a lot worse the alcohol bar is never open anymore and since they were bought out the prices have shot through the roof avoid if possible and support local bowling alleys

Horrible business tactics. other bowling alleys tell the truth for wait time. They told me its going to take 15 minutes but we waited for an hour. Will never go again to people who lie to customers to stay and wait.

People who worl there are nice and friendly, atmosphere and menu pricing structure is outdated or not up to standards in regards to local competition. Hope they adjust before they nearby competition takes over.

This Center is AWESOME! New flat panel scoring (plus flat panels EVERYWHERE to watch sports and TV while you bowl), new furniture for bowlers, new lounge, new food menu. A FAVORITE place to bowl!

Modern lanes. Great place to take kids with a selection of small shoes, light balls, and gutter rails that automatically raise if needed when its a childs turn to bowl. The cosmic bowling is fun.

Wow, this place really looks great inside!! Tons of new flat screens and the lounge is comfy. The lounge is actually a well kept secret. If you want comfort and drinks, try it out.

Tuesday and Wednesday specials are priced well. Thats it. Staff is rude but tolerable. Prices for food and drink are high. Without the specials, this place wud get a 1 or 2 star.

Our school practice here every week. And the lane feels very good. Little oiled not too much. Staff are very friendly. Food prices are not that bad. I love this lane.

Lots of high schoolers but there are usually lanes available at night. There are tvs and weve never had any problems with any of the lanes.
