Local, fun, cheap, clean and easy-going. I first went to Dream Lanes for a kiddie birthday party. The grade-schoolers were in heaven (pizza, soda, balloons, bumper-bowling and game room). They try to keep the little ones together so as not to bother the serious bowlers. They loved it so much we went back as a family -- even on a weekend afternoon, lanes were open, and the bowlers were from all skill levels. At one point I made a mistake -- I pocketed change, forgot, and thought my husband had it. He didnt, and I went to the customer service desk to request the change. The manager insisted (nicely) that he had given us the change, and I became really upset. I told him that the service was terrible and if my sons werent so excited to bowl I would leave and never recommend Dream Lanes. Well, as it turned out, I had pocketed the change. I went to apologize and the manager was extremely gracious (and he should have turned me out on my ear!) So, in gratitude for a cheap, fun, friendly afternoon and a very gracious staff from a very loud and upset and mistaken customer, I am now a fan of Dream Lanes and do recommend them for their courtesy.

Poor customer service sours the fun. We printed coupons from the Dream Lanes website. When our foursome arrived we were discussing how many games to play in order to decide to use the 2 hours for the price of 1 coupon, or the BOGO per game coupon. The guy at the counter told use we could get started and they would use the least expensive coupon when we were done. Bowling was fun, and after two games we decided to play a third and use the 2 hour coupon. The problem was that there was a different guy at the counter when we went to pay. He promptly told us that hourly games must be paid for in advance. He offered no other options, and after calling the owner, told use we would need to pay the higher price. Such poor customer service is surprising from a business that must depend on repeat customers. Needless to say, we wont be going back. Weve been regulars at Village Lanes for years, but moved within walking distance of Dream Lanes recently. This was our first time going there... well be driving elsewhere from now on.

Good bowling alley, but the service sucks and the staff (esp. the 2 old guys) are a bunch of deuschbags. We have been there multiple times, each of which time the attitude of the two assholes at the counter has deterred us from ever going there again. The most recent time, we were in a 6-some and were the only people in the entire alley and they would not permit us to split up between 2 lanes. Then, when another party walked in, they put them right next to us and refused to space us out. The time before that, they would not honor a valid coupon. If you are a UW student, do yourself a favor and go to the new Union South and spare yourself from the deuschbag debauchery!

I love Dream Lanes. Every time Im there, I get treated well. We love going on Packer game days, when they have their $1 margarita and soda promotion. Shoes and games are also a dollar during the games. Even now that I live over on the west side of Madison, I still will drive out there to bowl. Having Pizza Pit attached is nice too, though now that Im gluten free I wont really have any food options within the center. I would love to see Pizza Pit develop a gluten free selection, but that is an issue many places. Overall, Dream Lanes is the best bowling alley Ive been to - and not just because their margaritas are strong!

We went there for a family fun night, we got there and were deciding what bowling deal we should do and then the old guy with the belly and tattoos on his calves rudely tells us to hurry up without actually trying to help us. After all that, they mixed up out food plus bowling deal and we went up to the counter to change it and the same rude guy was being an ass about giving us the wrong thing. He ruined my night especially because he DIDNT help us at all. He was the only guy with really bad customer service experience. Not satisfied at all. Im actually never going back there just because of him.

Complete waste of time. Robin, the guy who helped coordinate our fundraiser that we held here completely fooled us out of the very little money we made for our girls cheer uniforms. We may not be able to have uniforms for our girls. I will never have a fundraiser here ever. Hopefully we can make up for this loss of money and time before our season starts.

I love Pizza Pit pizza! We stopped for a bite to eat after unloading our truck. They had a nice game room for kids to earn tickets and the machines took quarters instead of tokens. Great customer service and great prices. I highly recommend this location.

Had a great time last night at Dream Lanes. $8 for all you can bowl and free shoe rental. Beer specials were great and it wasnt crowded. Recommend to the casual bowling enthusiast.

Just your average bowling alley. With rum and coke pitcher specials and a pizza place attached. No complaints. Would bowl here again.

The bowling alley was fine but the Pizza Pit was the worst weve ever had and was very slow. Wont eat here again.
