Worst visit ever- my husband and I had sweetens get away with some friends. We had arrived a bit early and the room was not ready, no biggie even though the front desk felt it was necessary to remind us that check was not guarunteed until 4pm not so nicely.wAt check in time, 4pm the room was still not ready, they could not give us a time frame either. Luckily our friends came down a day earlier, so we freshened up so we could make it to dinner and the baseball game in time. We checked one last time at 5pm, still not ready and the staff still couldnt give us a time frame. We explained that we had a game to go to, and they responded it should be ready when you get back. I asked if we could get a later heck out, and they said they could not accommodate this and we would have to call in the morning! Since we went to the game, we didnt get into our room until almost 10pm, nothing was offered for inconvienence and no one apologized as well. Oh, and we didnt get a late check out. Worst experience/ plus, we left a baseball cap behind after twenty minutes being transferred between housekeeping and front desk no one could say they found it and there was never a call back. Blood on wall by sharps container in my hotel room. We stayed here about 5 years ago and it was a little worn but still a class act. Now shes like one of the old ladies playing penny slots with her blouse mis-buttoned. All the lamp shades all crooked, pictures hanging off kilter. The soap dish in the shower is hanging on by a last thread of silicone, the grout in the bathroom is black. Even the $59 Ramada the night before had 4 towels, wash clothes in the king room. Here, we had 2 scratchy wash clothes, 2 equally abrasive towels. Buffet is closed for a month, the steakhouse is only open one night a week (not the night we were here) The best parts of the visit were the great staff at check-in and the view of the arch.

Horrible I play slots and table I had already lost on the slots then I went to the $25 table and lost I set there for about 15 trying to decide if I wanted to go to the atm the pit boss and comes over and asked if I was playing I told him the situation he said I cant sit there if I wasnt playing I said of and got up so I started watching he told me I cant watch but didnt say it to the other people watching. I asked him when them make these rules up because the last few days I been coming havent nobody said anything about what I was doing. Terrible customer service will make me not want to come there anymore if I have to deal with this every time I come.

I stopped in this casino and it was smoke free which didnt bother me too much. I played the slot machines and they were horrible, the atmosphere was drab and lifeless unlike most casinos Ive gone to, payouts SUCKED. I figured if I couldnt win anything I could at least get a nice meal with it being bogo friday, but I was also disappointed with buffet, the chefs need to go back to culinary school, the food was not even mediocre. If you want a pleasant gambling experience this is not the place to find it. I have been to casinos all over the U.S. and there are about 4 that I will NOT return to and this is one of them. Very tight!

Very loose slots on the $1s and high end slots. I took $56 one Friday, walked of the boat with WELL OVER $40,000 after being in the casino for QUITE a long time but I was winning so much THAT day, I didnt notice... Since I live in the area, I never get a room.... But the slots are the best... Better ALL of the areas casinos combined... Never eaten there either, but I hear the foods okay.... Only drawback for me is the casino just needs more variety, meaning keep what they have already and expand the place adding more slots and tables.... IMHO....

$114 spent on room. $100 extra held out for damages before checkout. This is at the hotel. I have stayed at 30 dollar places better than this. Went to use the pool, its "closed due to chemical problems." Needless to say, this room is not worth $114, let alone $214 that I spent. Its 1:21 pm July 27, 2017. There is trash in the hallway hasnt been picked up since noon. Stains in carpet in the room... Your experience may be different, but I do not recommend the hotel. Not even going to the casino... We are here for the Cardinals game tonight.

I stayed here years ago (when the casino was still a boat) and loved this place - friendly staff, great atmosphere and I remember it a little better kept. This time weve had no towels in the room when we checked in, two cigarette burns in the center of the carpet and spotty WiFi. Slightly disappointed to see this place has fallen off the way that it has.

Sunday brunch was good. Beer was ice cold at the bar. Employees were friendly. BIG disappointment (and the reason for 1 star) was when on day 3 of my visit (8/9/2016), the Casino closed the free truck parking and I was forced to leave. This casino is no longer truck driver friendly as they have barricaded off what used to be truck parking.

This hotel is always clean and the staff is always friendly. We love Edwardo at the front desk. This is our must stay place for Cards games. They offer a shuttle or you can just in the Metro in the parking lot. Only downside is we always have to request additional towels and washcloths. Four guest require more than. 2, 2.

This hotel was horrible! Staff was rude and our room was not ready at check in. We were given excuses that the room was not clean and the casino did not have enough staff to clean the rooms. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have an enjoyable experience in the beautiful city of St. Louis

I have been coming to this casino for 7 years. The last 7 months slots have been terrible. Speaking with other casino goers they have said they have not had any luck lately. I am taking my business to another casino for next fee Months. Someone call me when slits start loosening up

Best thing about this place for me is the loose slots. Seems to be better here than Ameristar or Lumiere for slot players. Have not tried the food. $6 bucks for nachos so I didnt bother looking further. Like to go at least twice a month.

average. coffee pot didnt work in the room. no ice maker on our floor. no breakfast buffet at casino...was under consstruction. outdated room in need of repair. hospitality was good. Edward at the front desk was very personable!

Limited slots, very few people to help, one person working the slot club booth with line down the hall. And buffet was awful... quality was horrible and hardly any selection. Avoid this casino....

The buffet was very disappointing. Not a lot of selection, the service was sparse, and the food was bland and unappetizing. $15 a person is way over-charging for the quality of food and service.
