Just wanted to say that Luke Bryans performance was incredible. one of the best concerts I have ever attended but unfortunately will be the last concert I will ever see at hollywood casino amphitheatre. I was shocked by how unprofessional the employees treated customers and how unorganized the employees were. As soon as we walked in they were so disrespectful over lawn chairs, which we would have made it in just fine if we could upload our tickets from our phone. Which i didnt understand why someone else was harassing us because we already pass thought security check point. As she approached us with her disrespectful attitude and treated us like we just broke out of prison "over bring in a lawn chairs that was more then 9 inches off the ground" and using vulgar language repeatedly we finally just ask her what do you want us to do? She unprofessional said, well you can take them to your car or put them by that tree over there and hope there still here when you get back. Yep, I was surprised as you so we told her that she was being very disrespectful and we didnt except the nasty attitude she had. Well she won, I walk are to tall lawn chairs to our 10 minutes hike back to the car. As Im walking back my wife call me to say come to the front all they will be waiting for you to let you in. I get up there and every single employee completely ignores me. Im stand a foot away from them, not one of them even looks at me. I see my wife and Im asking her which lady did you talk to and she points to her which in maybe 5 feet away. I see her look at my wife who is point at me, saying over there, right there. She looks at me as Im waving and turns around like nothing going on. I found out what her name was and i start yelling it, she intentionally disregard any acknowledgement that Im here, she looks at me like its not her name. Finally another employee comes to me and says maybe she to busy to come over here. Well maybe she shouldnt have told my wife she was waiting for me so she could let me in. As Im standing there Im watching everyone else getting grope by the " hommie land security" are what ever there check point police might be called. There reaching into there customer pockets without permission, throwing there personal belongings all over the floor and telling them " oh now Im going to have to check you really good." WHAT!? I was kinda scared to even go in, was I going to be sexually harassed over a concert? while employees was taking the customers PERSONAL BELONGINGS and throwing them in the trash without even ask them would you like to keep this and take it back to the car. Nothing! The worst experience I have ever been to. The man to my right had the same problem, he brought in a flask which he wasnt hiding it, she took it from his back pocket and throw in the trash. He was so mad that he just walked away and didnt enter the concert. Finally after standing there for 15 minutes she comes over like we are best friends and she starts touching me without my permission so I stand back and I said what are you doing? I can empty my pockets you dont need to touch me without my permission. She said "Oh? your good just go ahead." Well i guess she caught a lawsuit in the air so she back off. The employees that are working at hollywood casino amphitheatre is destroying the experience and the fun with just enjoying a concert under the stars. They trash my bug spray and why i dont know. If your going to have so many rules and regulations that prohibited so many belongings then make a list. ANYWHERE! Online, in the parking lot, or even at front when your walking in just so everyone know. There wasnt one employee that was on the same page. It was like picking and choosing what they "wanted" to throw away. Fix the problem because its getting out of hand, Ive been her many times before when it was Verizon Wireless and it was an amazing time. Maybe you should give them a call and the might help you run a business the Right way. Until then I will never come back and no one in my family will either.

First off when arriving at the venue, parking attendants were all over the place. Parking ticket purchased in advance said VIP so thats where we went. Was told to go 2 to 3 entrances down to get in which seems to be normal parking. True VIP parking is VIP Premier parking. Once in the lot, they leave you room in front of the vehicle to pull out at end of concert. We were there to see Jimmy Buffet. Great concert and lots of parking lot tailgating fun. Bring a tent if allowed. Getting inside was a ridiculous wait with no real signs saying entry. The line wrapped around the parking lot. If you have Sprint for service you have a separate line which was not very busy. What does that tell you? Once up to the front of the line, you are separated with males on the left and females on the right so you literally can be patted down on the way in. It is so cursory to be totally ineffective and a waste of time. There were 4 guys patting you down but not in a row, they were staggered so it looks like you have to go through 2 pat downs which I did. Then there are only 2 people scanning the tickets which is another delay. Wow, finally in but doesnt matter because the females are still about 100 ft from the gate. They also get pat downs and purses checked. No bottles can be brought in even water so security empties it into a plastic cup. Inside the venue, it is a madhouse. The lines are 10 to 15 deep for drinks and foods. Drinks start at $6 for bottled water up to $15 for a frozen daiquiri in a 10 to 12 oz cup. totally not worth it. We didnt buy any food inside because we planned ahead and bought Jimmy Johns on the way. We did have seats in section 101 on the other side of the venue which you have to enter on section 105 side clear on the other side. No ceiling fans at all since this is an outdoor amphitheater, not like a similarly built and laid out venue in Phoenix. This place does not have any cup holders either so be prepared to hold onto your drink the entire concert. Sound was passable but the speakers blocked our view of the big screen behind Jimmys band so we could not see all of it. The management needs to do so much more to make this place better. Getting out of the lot after the concert was a nightmarish wait. Everyone seemed to be wanting to merge into the few lanes that were open. Police were there to direct but there needs to be more streets to get out of there.

I have been coming here for decades. I was at the Heart concert tonight and had the worst experience in 25 years of coming here. Let me clarify. The servers at the booths were great. The staff and the parking lot attendants are aweful. The rudest group of people with the poorest customer service skills you will encounter. First, I pay for vip parking and I pay for two spots because I have a large truck. So I under stand that. I have been backing in to parking spots forever but apparently they have changed the rules. Post a sign. So then I take my two spot and some ass hole comes up saying they will tow me if I dont get back in my truck and park right. Again. Very large truck. Paid $60 to park vip. So finally a red headed guy with a beard explains to this jerk in a golf cart that I paid for two spots so I can get out and we are good. At this point I am frustrated and letting things get to me. Honestly I am not user friendly at this point. So we go in and have a great night watching Heart. Go to leave and the line is not moving. I step out of line looking out towards the parking lot, I dont care to be packed in like sardines and some lady if you can call her that starts yelling at me say dont even think about it. I have no clue what she is talking about. I am there with eight other people. I dont know if she thought I was going to jump the fence or what? Im almost 50 and over 200 pounds. Im not jumping any thing. So she keeps yelling at me. A lady behind me says she has been yelling at everyone. And to step back. So I did. She keeps yelling. So I yelled back. Then she yells at me for yelling back at her. I did use some cuss words at this point. Take this for what it is worth. I am a business owner. I spend 10s of thousand of dollars every year at Hollywood casino and hundreds of thousands over the decades. But even if i spent $25.00 I should be treated properly. To be treated in such a poor manor is unacceptable. I will be making a call on Monday and will be reconsidering my VIP seating renewal for next year. Every employee should be trained on service and hospitality. Extremely disappointed in the quality of customer service for such an over priced venue.
