Went here last night had an awesome time. Thought it would be croweded because it was a Saturday night but wasnt. Not as big as the Rosemont location but looks way cooler. Even the area New City where theyre located is nice looking. Staff was very welcoming. They acknowledge you coming and going. Live DJ on Saturday nights, he was awesome played a variety of everying, old school, new school, house, 90s and 80s. Dont know if we were just super hungry but seem like it took some time on the food to come out. Food wasnt bad but drinks are on point! Overall great place definitely will be coming back. Only reason why I gave it four stars is because of pricing!!! I understand its downtown but they can do better with the price. $10 per person, per game and $5 per person for shoes. I spent $50 just for us to bowl 2 games, mind you it was only two people. Then spent another $53 on food. Its other bowling spots downtown you can go and have the same amount of fun and pay less. I did see that on Wednesdays they do unlimited bowl just for $10 from 9pm- close. All in all Im not complaining about the prices because you expect to pay more downtown anyway but saying they should have a better deal package then this.

Arrived a about 445PM on a Saturday so expected to wait a bit for a lane. Got told an hour which is expected. Figured wed go grab a drink at the bar not big deal. An hour passes by ok maybe they are running a bit behind. An hour and a half goes by mmmm ok maybe someone will come inform us of a delay. A few lanes were being reserved for some parties. We get to the two hour mark and no contact or anything. A manger could have checked up on us or apologized for the delay or something but nothing. Simply setting realistic expectations would have been great. Its like they purposely extended the wait time so we spend more money at the bar or ordering food. Needless to say I will never step foot in this establishment again. When we decided to not wait we didnt even get an apology for the wait and to add insult to injury the parking validation covered two hours so we still had to pay for parking because we went over two hours. There are plenty of bowling options Id say try another place. To end on a positive note we didnt get noticed at the bar for about 10 minutes but after they were extremely attentive so I give them that.

My friends (6 of us total) and I had a very interesting experience at this establishment. After we paid for our games and bowling shoes the hostess/waiter informed us that we would be in the "private area" for our games. Initially I thought it was a nice gesture and followed him. As we we were walking to the back room I couldnt help but notice all of the empty lanes. When we reached the back "private area" it was very apparent that all of the African-American patrons were placed in this room. Before I jumped to conclusions I went back into the main area and so all Caucasian people. After my friends and I realized what was going on we asked to be moved out of the "private area" and into the main area. The host/waiter told us that he didnt know if any lanes were open (I saw multiple lanes open on our way to the back area) but would see if there was anything he could do. He came back a few minutes later and informed us that he found us a new lane in the main area. The rest of our experience was fine but we all felt disrespected by everything that transpired and it affected the rest of our night in a negative way.

Have to say it was more than I expected, not only is this a bowling alley it is a lot MORE than that. The food was amazing and you could tell it was not only fresh but that they care about their food. We had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and it was crispy and cooked just right with just enough buffalo sauce, the canjun fries made it even better, they had just the right amount of seasoning and it came with sour cream!! YUM! The drinks were especially good, we had the Savage and it had pop rocks around the rim, my favorite was the Fundamentalist, I will be back especially for this. We bowled a few games and loved the ambiance and the service is just another reason to come back. They were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Cant wait to get back there.....

All I have to say is, this is not a bowling alley. Apparently, its a five star resort. My boyfriend and I walked in and were immediately asked for two forms of ID because were under 25, okay...fine. Then they tell him hes not allowed to wear a hat and boots...its snowing outside and were coming to bowl, aka that means you rent shoes...what??? The GM basically escorted us out and literally said, as my boyfriend was complaining, "do I look like I work at a bowling alley?" Me and my boyfriend looked at each other like... Umm wtf, this IS a bowling alley so wtf are you even getting at? Horrible customer service and experience. Just go to diversey bowl or something. They dont care if youre wearing a snow cap and $900 boots.

This bowling alley is Amazing!! My husband and I were glad when asked to present IDs I felt a little relieved knowing that there would be an adult crowd. We were greeted with smiles and the music was hot! I think its cool to have a server while youre bowling, Our server Amber was so helpful and sweet she seem to love her job and took good care of us. It has been about a week since we checked it out and Im already asking my husband to go again with me. If youre a mother and looking for a place to cool off relax bowl and have some drinks this is the spot for you!!! Oh and I can not forget about the shuffleboards and pool games (we were there most of the night lol) I think I found my new spot!!!

Didnt answer phone at all to call ahead and make a pizza ahead of time, Get harassed for ids 30 seconds after they just got checked and cleared, nice lady at the pizza counter says their oven is waiting to get fired up... You dont have the oven ready at 10:30 on a Saturday? Nice lady directs us to a food bar with pre-made pizza, next employee doesnt seem to know this hot bar exists and tells us he has no idea what we are talking about. I walked out of that place to get away from the crappy music and got some frozen home run in at target. I bet the bowling is just as crap. Got to Marionos for something quick or sono wood fired for great sit down pizza.

If you like bowling, DONT COME HERE! The lanes are shorter than regulation, the ball returns barely work, and its trying too hard to be a club (with the least-danceable music you could imagine--yes, country music included) . Strangely, they also have various racist dress code policies, like "no gold chains", and "no Timberlands". Maybe theyve had problems with Run DMC or Wu-Tang Clan tearing up the place in the past? Anyway, if you want to spend too much money on bar food and cocktails with corny names, there has got to be a TGI Fridays pretty close by. If you like clubbin, this club sucks. And for bowlers like me, just no no no no no no no no NO!
