I threw a 5th birthday party for my daughter on a Saturday afternoon. First staff is not very customer service friendly I also I recommend only paying for one lane upfront. It was 60.00 in 2011. Dont let them trick you to pay for more lanes in advance. They are not that busy on a Saturday afternoon.! You can pay for more lanes if you want once your party arrrives. I made the mistake of booking 1 lane too many at 60.00 and when I asked for a credit instead of cash back they Refused! I was thinking I could use it for food&gt;&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;br/&amp;amp;gt;Since you can&amp;amp;amp;#39;t bring in any outside food except cake. They don&amp;amp;amp;#39;t offer any healthy options just hotdogs pizza (frozen ) So I wont be back unless someone else pays.

Funny--the last two reviews by Sheyenne and beaulieuchristina completely mirror my own. We showed up on a Satuday afternoon to a nearly-empty Waveland, excited to bowl. When we approaced the desk, the old decrepit woman behind the counter barked at us that she would have "nothing available for at least over an hour", and then proceeded to ignore us. Im surprised she didnt shout out "Heil Hitler!" as a closing statement. Never going back here again, and Id be happy to see this place close down. One star is generous for this craphole.

went today place it was awesome! cosmic bowling is always fun! foods good!had a little bit of an issue. my son got some sort of allergic reaction and I mentioned it to the front desk and they cleaned it up just to make sure it wasnt anything on the table and then followed up with me to make sure my son was okay. thank you Darlene for being helpful and beautiful! you made it a better experience after everything!

We wanted take our 5 year old bowling... we were excited, called ahead, and understood there was a wait. No problem. When we showed up the rudest SOB Ive come across in ANY business (I swear, he would have spit on us if he could) greeted us with utter discontempt. It was so bad we walked right out. Must be nice to be such an a-hole that you can literally turn away business like that. Never again.

We went as a big group, no reservation on a Saturday night but there were lines open so we didnt have to wait long. Good prices $10/person $6/second game, shoes included. The staff were really nice, we paid for 2 friends who cancelled on us right after we had paid the gentleman, so we quickly went back to see if he would return our money, and he did it without a issue. Definetely will be back.

They really upgraded this place from the a few yrs ago Ive been. They have more lanes up to 35. I called on a Saturday night to see . How long was the wait. It was no waiting. Then we get in there. They have 3 billards, great updated music,touch screen score board video, artwork by the bowling pin wall.food area. I was not able to explore more. But its great.

When we came in that Sunday afternoon around 3pm, they told us there was a 45-minute wait time though the lanes were only half-occupied. After waiting for an hour and seeing the lanes eventually filled up, I approached the desk again and said informed him that weve been waiting too long. He gave me my license ID back and offered no explanation whatsoever.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Almost all of the employees are extremely rude. They will not think twice about making a smart/rude comment, especially if you are new to waveland and have a question. If you value your hard earned money, I recommend you do not come here. Waveland needs to remember that they depend on the customers and not the other way around.

I came here for my birthday weekend and it was horrible, one guy from the staff asked my cousins and I if we came with boyfriends, and the manager doesnt do nothing about all the rude and really really loud people who cause commotion. And the girl from the counter doesnt know what she is doing she seems so confused felt bad for her

The staff is friendly. There are two bars and a large food selection. I recommend the fried cheese curds. The late night lighting effects with music videos playing on screens was great for an adult birthday party. The lanes are modern and equipment up to date. The night we went, the pride league was there. So, its lgbtq friendly.

I have lost count how many times ive been there it just has akways been the best place to be no matter what. I come with friends and family and always have a blast. The food is amazing and great prices. What i love the most is that kids bowl free all summer and its the best place to spend winter days when theres no where to go!

Lots of lanes, which are decently well maintained, although it did chip my new bowling ball. Not sure if that was a freak occurrence or not. Staff is friendly. Cheap bowling before noon every day (1-2 dollars per game). Modern touch screen interface for player entry and you can customize the theme for the scoring screens.

Walked to the bowling alley in 8 degree weather and stopped by the Starbucks next door to grab a coffee to warm up a bit. We walked in and were refused a lane because of our cup of coffee. As we were walking out i counted 7 Starbucks cups on the tables of different lanes. Honor your policies for everyone or not at all.

I love Waveland. Some may complain about the lanes but they are new and they dont bother me. $1 a game from open til noon. $2 a game from noon til 5ish. Cant beat that. Evening is standard prices and usually $4 shoe rentals all day I believe. Buy your own shoes and they pay for themselves in like 10 visits.

This is the best bowling experience i have had in a very long time. The bowling alley is clean, there is a lot of available parking spaces within their lot, the people are always friendly, the atmosphere is fun and on certain nights, they have cozmic bowling. Go with friends and enjoy a great night :)

Walked in at 3:30, they didnt want to do business until 4:00 when their rates would go up, refused to give us the 3:00 rate when wed been waiting half an hour starting at 35 open lanes they claimed to be cleaning though no cleaning could be seen.

Id say the place was a bit worn down. We tried to get a pool table, but after they rented it to us they claimed it was reserved for a party. We went to another pool table section, but the sticks were bent and some of the tables were ripped.

Ok location. Wasnt dirty. Bartender seemed really angry (maybe she just gets a bunch of underage kids trying to mess with her and shes super cynical?) Lots of customers/people. Didnt have a warm/cozy vibe to it though. Felt meh.

Really well oiled lanes. Good pitcher prices. Food is standard bowling alley food. It is pretty pricey and there are kids running around all over the place which is incredibly distracting and slightly intolerable.

Bowling experience was great but was given lot of attitude when ordering food. Didnt bother me much because I love the food there but we ended up throwing out more than half our pizza because it didnt taste so great.
