This public aid office is full of people that have of power trip..only one person at the front desk, a line that snakes around the office..waiting on a case working that dont help with any of your problems with your case..waiting 4 hours just for them to say the previous working messed your case up..previous worker was a supervisor and had an attitude said 3 day and nothing..so here we are 3 weeks later and still nothing. Now I return back to see whats happening and they didnt know why?? So if you have an office overcrowded and caseworkers in the back eating and talking and the security is disrespectful to the people waiting for 4 hour and standing in line twice just u can be told

This place is horrible! Nothing is ever resolve! I applied for food stamps and they put some of my information in the computer wrong so I didnt receive my food stamps on time! I talk to the manager several times on the phone and nothing got resolve yet. This is ridiculous! I should not have to come up there to get things resolve all the time when they have direct phone number to call if you have a issue. I will definitely move my case somewhere if I can soon!

This place needs to be shut down. Every time you visit your talking to a different person. They dont send out letters to let you know that you have a problem with your case. They just deny you and dont send you out a notice for that neither. These places are suppose to help and they dont. Nobody answer their phones and your waiting 3-4 hrs for them to still do nothing. Im a widow with 5 kids & they still havent fixed my case. Still Waiting for Food

This office really NEED some NEW WORKERS or to be SHUT DOWN... the workers have a person waiting for hours to be seen and still DO NOT fix the problem..... on top of the fact they NEVER and I mean NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE..... this office is very terrible and its the only one I know that works like this.... it doesnt DESERVE NOT one star NOT even a half of a star this place is SORRY......

This place is horrible! The staff is completely incompetent and lazy. You can always expect to be rushed to complete any required paperwork or responses within 5-10 days but they will take 2 or more months if at all to reply to you in any reguard! Slow responses, employees with bad attitudes, difficulty getting into contact with over the phone, sloppy work practices overall.

Only two people at the counter when its about 4 computers there, they seem like they have an attitude with being there like they hate their job, dismissive, unprofessional, and shows a clear example of why its hard for my race to get a good job because people like them mess it up for everyone

There is no one you can speak with over the phone! I caled 3 or 4 ruined pressed 0 to get an operator abd the phone just rings rings rings. As with all black government offices its a circus. no help at all. The caseworkers dont even try to do their jobs.

Horrible service dont even deserve 1 star every time I come up here I get the spend arounds then have you waiting for hours and when you trying to contact the phone service all you get is a ring all day long not one pick up been calling all day

The staff has improved a lot since I started using Stamps, and they are learning how to handle situations better, though sometimes there is a person that is upset, cant blame them if that holds things up for eveyone else.
