I actually enjoyed hanging out here while my girlfriends youngest ran around and acted like that hedgehog fellow in the video game. Lots of things to look at, sort of like watching airplanes take off and land, or trains pass by...the activity is just activity, but you know tragedy is possible at any moment. None occurred on my visit, thankfully. Well-staffed and supervised facility. There are staff everywhere that you look, which is good, because the frenetic energy will just about wear you down. Dont go here if you lots of kids having fun makes your eyes twitch at a high rate of speed. Go here if you want your kid(s) to have fun. Easy registration at touch-screen computers directly inside the door. The transaction at the counter was fairly fool-proof (although fools abound). You either have to already have a pair of "trampoline socks" to enter, or buy a pair for some nominal fee...$2 or something like that. The snack bar is to your left and the first thing that you encounter. We grabbed a couple of Cokes as the kids burst forth like mullet being set free from a cast net. Wandering around, there is a quiet room with comfy furniture where you can snooze or watch TVs while the kids burn off some kilocalories, or you can tread upstairs to loiter. We chose that option. You have a commanding view of the activity and there are both high-top tables and stools and picnic-style tables to sit at (see pic). The price seems about three times higher than it should, but, really, the concept is unique or at least scarce. Where else can you take kids and let them go berserk under careful supervision? Your grandmas house, and nowhere else. Other than this place. Unless you suck as a parent. Then you take them to Taco Macs and let them blaze around like their pants are on fire, annoying the hell out of everybody else while you get hammered on jalapeño martinis. Pfft. Anyway. Give it a go. Sketchy folks in the parking lot and the usual OTP, driving-impaired fools. Take care out there. Treat the kids and kick back for a bit.

If at all possible avoid the Roswell Ga. Sky Zone location staff is very unprofessional. Being that it was my families first time going to Sky Zone I advised the staff at the register, and then asked for the appropriate instructions on getting started. She politely advised me go sign the waivers and then come back to pick the time 30min 60 min 90 min. etc. We chose the 60min so we were schedule 6pm-7pm and it was already (6:15pm). Im not a complainer no biggie so she ask does everyone have on socks I said yes except my toddler I need to purchase a pair for her. So I was given the socks along with my receipt with no further instructions beyond that point. So I go to the next person that I see in uniform and advise that this is my first time here we just paid what to do? He advises that were going to get read the safer procedures ok. Then he starts telling us the safety precautions I was thinking where do we put our shoes and belonging I see lockers that are like 50cents and I didnt bring any cash just my debit/credit cards. He then directs us to some free cubby holes. Ok so finally shoes are off we are all so excited ready to have fun, When after waiting to play dodge ball we were stopped and advised we couldnt cause we all didnt purchase the Sky Zone socks which were bright orange socks. So by now I am so upset because had I been told this initially I would have bought everyone the specific socks as requested. Im explaining to the staff again this is our first time ever coming here she walks us to the front laughing while I am just sooooo upset making me even more angry she had my husband going in one direction in line and me in another. To the point where I actually say to her "Do you see a smile on my face?" "Does it look like Im laughing?" Only God knows what time it was me and my family actually got a opportunity to play but I can definitely tell you it sure wasnt the 60 minutes we paid for !

So disappointed! Ive been to SkyZone several times with my kids. It has been around 6 months since I last went however I took my 3 and 6 year olds today along with a playgroup of 10 adults and 12 kids. I was thoroughly confused and disappointed. My husband and I both bought passes so that we could jump with our kids. However, we were constantly harassed by the workers telling us to move out of the trampolines and that we (and our kids) were in the wrong area. There were NO signs letting us know that the toddlers, older kids, and adults were assigned to only certain trampolines. What made it even worse is that my little girl who just turned 3 was sent to a trampoline that was 8 trampolines away!! Really!! I paid my admission to keep my kids safe but Im not able to because I have to be so far away. What made it worse was that I couldnt even stand in the same trampoline that she was in . I wasnt even jumping. I was just standing. I was told that this new policy is corporate wide and that it is because an adult fell on a child and a teenager fell on a child. Well...if we could have had adult supervision then maybe that wouldnt have happened!! This "was" such a great place to play however it is no longer. Hopefully your legal and risk management teams will re-think these excessive and ignorant policies. To correct this, please allow an area for parents and children under a certain height. You now have an "adults only" section so why not have a toddler (and parents) only section. My husband and I wasted our $28 because we were never allowed to jump with our kids. What hurt worse is that our kids kept coming off the trampolines because they didnt want to jump without us. Please help to turn this back into a "family" friendly place and not a place to just drop your kids off.

I will NEVER plan another birthday party here every again!!!!This place is terrible absolutely not worth the money. Upon our arrival my guest were standing in the lobby and had no idea where to go and what to do, there was no customer service what so ever. I had to ask the staff member, "excuse me we are here for my sons 6th birthday party" she said "OH, SIT ON THE BENCHES". We were told to go ahead and fill out a wavier so my party could start, at one point my mother noticed our gifts and cake were unattended. Once we reached the actual trampolines I was very disappointed. I realize the way things are setup they were trying to have structure but, why is it there is only ONE basketball in the dunking section. My son, who LOVES basketball became very uninterested by the time it was his turn again and youre only given an hour for the kids, which the hour is passing while the kids are standing in line. We were LITTERALLY rushed to eat pizza and cake. For the amount of money my husband and I spent it was HORRIBLE! I will never recommend this place! My final complaint: Youre giving the option of purchasing a DVD of the party, which I did. My sons party was June 13th. As of this date June 24th, I still have not received anything. It is not like I live out of state!
